I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve terapide ağırlıklı olarak duygusal zorlanmalar, ilişki problemleri, özgüven eksikliği, depresyon, anksiyete bozuklukları ve kişilik örgütlenmesine dair sorunlarla ilgileniyorum. Terapi sürecimde temel olarak Şema Terapi yaklaşımını benimsiyorum. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.

Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. Exerçant comme psychologue depuis maintenant presque 8 ans, mon parcours a été riche de diverses expériences, notamment en milieu hospitalier, dans la prévention au suicide, dans l’aide à la jeunesse et en milieu scolaire. J’aspire à vous permettre de naviguer de façon plus sereine à travers vos difficultés, à vous aider à les appréhender sous un autre regard, ceci à l’aide des ressources déjà présentes en vous ou nouvellement trouvées. Dans un cadre soutenant et au rythme qui est le vôtre, je vous accompagnerai à (re)trouver un équilibre momentanément peu ou pas accessible. Les difficultés rencontrées peuvent toucher à différents domaines tels que : la dépression, l’anxiété, les problématiques identitaires, les problématiques relationnelles, la gestion des émotions, l’estime de soi/confiance en soi, le deuil, les traumas, les plaintes psychosomatiques,...

My practice is based on collaboration with the patient in order to respond precisely to the request expressed and to set the objectives to be reached. I work through caring, confidentiality and deep respect by adopting an integrative approach and active listening. Depending on the request, therapies can be brief or prolonged.

Each person’s healing path is unique, and my approach is rooted in empathy, creativity, and evidence-based techniques, helping you navigate challenges with self-compassion and resilience.

With a multicultural background and multiple experiences abroad, I would like to let me guide you through different processes of reconnecting with one’s self, understanding your path, overcoming challenges in your everyday life, going through an overwhelming period, wanting to communicate better with your partner, approaching burnout, or experiencing high levels of anxiety or depression.

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).
