Psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute, je propose un accompagnement psychologique aux enfants, adolescents et adultes, dans une perspective psychodynamique et analytique, plaçant le vécu du patient au centre de mes interventions. Psychologue conventionnée, j’adhère au réseau de soins psychologiques de première ligne et soins psychologiques spécialisés. Je reçois à mon cabinet, les vidéo-consultations sont également possibles. Mes expériences professionnelles de psychologue en hôpital psychiatrique et dans différents centres de consultation multidisciplinaire depuis presque 20 ans m’ont amenée à accueillir des souffrances psychiques touchant à la santé mentale générale telles que dépression, anxiété, troubles de la personnalité, burn-out, troubles relationnels, problèmes de couple,… Je suis par ailleurs plus précisément spécialisée dans la prise en charge des troubles alimentaires (anorexie-boulimie) et en psychologie périnatale (dépression post-partum, troubles des premiers liens, problèmes de sommeil de l’enfant,…).

Diplômée en psychologie en 2001 à l'UCL, je me suis d'abord formée à la psychothérapie avec les enfants puis à l'accompagnement des tout-petits (0 - 3 ans). Rencontrer un enfant ne se fait pas sans écouter, et parfois accompagner, ceux qui l'entourent et l'aident à grandir. Progressivement, je me suis donc également formée à travailler avec des adultes, parents ou pas. Aujourd'hui, je reçois tous ceux, petits et grands, qui à un moment de leur vie rencontrent une difficulté, s'interrogent ou sont en souffrance.

Holder of a master's degree in Psychology, neuropsychology and Victimology and Psycho-traumatology, he will accompany you in his office located on Rue Jean Morjau, Anderlecht. Je possède un master en psychologie clinique de l’adulte de l’UCLouvain et un bachelier en psychopédagogie et psychomotricité de Marie Haps. J'ai été formée à la thérapie de la reconsolidation (Méthode Brunet). Lors de mon parcours clinique, j'ai développé mes compétences en accompagnant une grande variété de personnes souffrant de différents troubles psychologiques. Actuellement, je travaille avec des enfants, des adolescents, des adultes et des seniors. Je propose des consultations en turc et en français, avec une approche basée sur l'écoute active, la bienveillance, le regard positif inconditionnel et la compréhension empathique. Pour moi, la congruence est essentielle dans la relation thérapeutique. La thérapie de la reconsolidation est une méthode courte pour traiter les traumatismes, les phobies, les deuils persistants complexes et les troubles de l'adaptation. Chaque événement est abordé individuellement en 8 séances, combinant une thérapie spécifique avec l'utilisation du propranolol.

Je suis également formée à l'EMDR (Désensibilisation et Retraitement par les Mouvements Oculaires), qui est une méthode psychothérapeutique visant à aider les personnes à surmonter des traumatismes et des émotions difficiles. Grâce à une stimulation bilatérale (généralement par des mouvements oculaires), cette approche permet de retraiter des souvenirs douloureux afin de les intégrer plus efficacement dans notre mémoire.

Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities. I will support you in working through your difficulties and your personal journey. In work, among other things, anxiety, mourning, burnout, depressive feelings, isolation, search for meaning. My work is rooted in a humanist approach to therapeutic work which is expressed in the care I pay to empathy, unconditional positive consideration of the person and authenticity.

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. Bonjour, je vous propose un accompagnement à votre rythme par visioconférence ou à mon cabinet à Winston Churchill. Cet accompagnement est personnalisé et se base sur les derniers outils scientifiques à la pointe en psychologie clinique. Les psychothérapies et les sexothérapies vous sont proposées dans un cadre individuel et bienveillant. J’ai eu la chance de me former à l’UCL et l’ULB, ce qui me donne une vision globale, chaque université ayant des approches théoriques complémentaires. Criminologue de formation au départ, j’ai travaillé avec un public très précarisé (sans-abris, personnes toxicomanes et alcooliques, détenus) dans la réinsertion sociale. J’ai a vécu un an et demi aux Açores, l’archipel portugais, où j’ai travaillé dans la recherche universitaire, puis comme intervenante psycho-sociale auprès des personnes d’origine portugaise déportées des États-Unis vers les Açores. De retour en Belgique, je suis devenue chef de projets à l’IRSA (Institut Royal pour Sourds et Aveugles) où j’ai encadré une équipe éducative, des assistants sociaux et des psychologues au sein du département Surdité. J’étais responsable d’un groupe d’une petite centaine d’enfants sourds et malentendants de 6 à 18 ans. Durant cette période, j’ai également accompli un certificat en Droits de l’enfant à l’UCL. Après un bref passage à la commune de Saint-Gilles en tant que responsable pédagogique au sein du service petite enfance et santé publique, j’ai décidé de me réorienter et de reprendre un Master en psychologie clinique à l’UCL. J’ai travaillé durant cette reprise d’études aux Urgences psychiatriques de Sainte Élisabeth et au Planning Familial de la Free Clinic. J’ai complété ma formation de psychologue clinicienne orientée Thérapies Cognitives et Comportementales (3ème vague) et d'orientation systémique par un certificat en sexologie clinique appliquée. Depuis, j’utilise essentiellement la Pleine Conscience et la Thérapies d’Acceptation et d’Engagement. J'ai, par la suite, été certifiée hypnothérapeute PTR (psychothérapie du trauma réassociative) et je pratique l'hypnose conversationnelle et stratégique.

I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. I am continuously training myself through conferences, readings, interdisciplinary exchanges and supervisions, and this with the aim of always meeting the different expectations of my patients.
