During my studies in Psychology at the University of Liege, I was mainly interested in cognitive and behavioral psychology as well as in neuropsychology. These studies now form the basis of my practice with an adult population. Afterwards, while working, I continued to learn and train. Among others, I continued to learn about motivational interviewing, ACT therapy, mindfulness, psycho-education, ... As for my professional career, after several years of expertise for the justice system and work on addictions as a psychologist, my skills as a neuropsychologist have allowed me to focus on supporting people suffering from Alzheimer's disease (or another disease of the same type) as well as their loved ones and professionals in the field. Psychologue clinicienne agréée, je reçois des adultes en individuel, en couple ou accompagné de leurs proches dans un cadre chaleureux, sécurisant et bienveillant. Ma pratique est « intégrative » : je m’appuie sur le courant systémique et l’approche humaniste, tout en y ajoutant des outils TCCE et de l’hypnose en fonction de vos besoins. Je travaille également beaucoup avec les émotions, la thérapie ACT et différents médias (livre, image, vidéo, métaphore, Dixit, ...).

Le principe essentiel dans ma rencontre avec vous est la co-construction : vous êtes le mieux placé pour savoir ce que vous vivez et ressentez et je me positionne comme une aide à votre propre exploration. Je vois mon métier comme l’accompagnement de mes patients dans la compréhension et l’appropriation de leur existence, ainsi que dans leurs propres transformations.
