Passionate about life, human potential and physical and psychic healing processes, I help people who want to change a facet of their existence. Beyond individual consultations, I propose an original protocol based on the strength of the group and a reprogramming of the unconscious, at the heart of the emotions. This environment allows them to evolve more rapidly and in depth. I integrate a palette of therapeutic tools on three levels: physical, psychological and spiritual. I complete this approach with a systems vision, from the individual to the group, through couples and families. I have taught at the Nursing School of the Erasmus University Hospital and at the Belgian Osteopathic Society. I currently continue to supervise professionals, therapists and coaches. In addition to these therapeutic activities, I encourage group expression through the body and writing. I create opportunities to stimulate the healthy part of the individual, his vitality, his creativity, his relational intelligence and his joy of living in movement and music.

Psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute, je propose un accompagnement psychologique aux enfants, adolescents et adultes, dans une perspective psychodynamique et analytique, plaçant le vécu du patient au centre de mes interventions. Psychologue conventionnée, j’adhère au réseau de soins psychologiques de première ligne et soins psychologiques spécialisés. Je reçois à mon cabinet, les vidéo-consultations sont également possibles. Mes expériences professionnelles de psychologue en hôpital psychiatrique et dans différents centres de consultation multidisciplinaire depuis presque 20 ans m’ont amenée à accueillir des souffrances psychiques touchant à la santé mentale générale telles que dépression, anxiété, troubles de la personnalité, burn-out, troubles relationnels, problèmes de couple,… Je suis par ailleurs plus précisément spécialisée dans la prise en charge des troubles alimentaires (anorexie-boulimie) et en psychologie périnatale (dépression post-partum, troubles des premiers liens, problèmes de sommeil de l’enfant,…).

After a master's degree in psychology, I trained in analytical psychotherapy, psychoanalysis and systemic psychotherapy. I welcome in my private practice young adults, adults and seniors who wish to be accompanied in a personal journey. Consultations are by appointment only.

Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. It can happen that we feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of these difficulties, and in such cases it can be beneficial to consult a psychologist. Consulting a psychologist can also be a way of working on yourself and getting to know yourself better. Being accompanied by a professional gives you an outside perspective and helps to identify and work on recurrent patterns in your life. I offer individual consultations in French, Dutch or English. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.

Silvana Alecu, psychiatrist, is a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "C.Davila" Bucharest and specialized in Psychiatry from the University Paris-Sud. She deals with individual, couple and family therapies. She welcomes all adults and adolescents to her practice in Etterbeek and speaks French, English and Romanian.

I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. I am continuously training myself through conferences, readings, interdisciplinary exchanges and supervisions, and this with the aim of always meeting the different expectations of my patients.
