A psychologist by training, I began training in hippotherapy and animal mediation at the beginning of my master's degree. During my studies I was particularly interested in issues such as harassment, palliative care, parenthood and disability. A cognitive-behavioral psychologist, I am trained in hypnosis, sex-functional therapy and psycho-oncology. The training I received and my experience allow me to say today that my practice is as varied as the clinical situations I have encountered. Je suis psychologue clinicienne et psychothérapeute spécialisée en Thérapie Cognitive et Comportementale (TCC) et en hypnothérapie. Je prends en charge les enfants, adolescents et adultes confrontés à des difficultés anxieuses, traumatiques ou émotionnelles.

Ma pratique s'appuie sur des protocoles scientifiques validés, combinant la rigueur de la TCC pour traiter les phobies, les troubles paniques, les TOCs, les états de stress post-traumatique, etc avec les techniques d'hypnose Ericksonienne. Cette approche intégrative permet d'accéder aux ressources inconscientes et de renforcer l'efficacité du suivi.

Lors des premières consultations, nous procédons ensemble à un protocole structuré comprenant : une évaluation complète incluant des entretiens cliniques et l'utilisation d'outils validés. Sur cette base, nous définissons des objectifs thérapeutiques concrets et établissons un plan de traitement personnalisé, intégrant des techniques de TCC et si nécessaire, d'hypnose adaptées à votre situation.
