I can also help you on: the choice of the food to be privileged, to decipher the lists of the ingredients and the nutritional labels, the modes of cooking,? The first consultation (60 minutes) is the occasion to make knowledge, to make your nutritional and dietetic assessment and morphological analysis (if necessary).
