With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

Diplômé d’un Master en Kinésithérapie et Réadaptation à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (U.L.B.), je suis également titulaire d’un master en sciences de la motricité.

Je suis ainsi spécialisé dans les pathologies sportives, mais je m’occupe également des prises en charges dites « générales », des rééducations pré- et post-opératoires et orthopédiques.

Depuis plus de 20 ans , je m'occupe de la préparation physique d'athlètes de tous niveaux du professionnel à l'amateur .

Kinésithérapeute formée à l'UCL, j'ai une approche centrée sur le patient, alliant bienveillance et expertise (EBM-EBP). Etant également kiné à l'Institut Jules Bordet, je prends en charge toutes pathologies liées au cancer. Aussi bien pendant le traitement qu'après une opération.

She consults every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Her qualities and skills allow her to take care of sports injuries, crunches, back pain, joint pain and scoliosis. Je suis aussi capable de vous procurer des soins afin de vous libérer des douleurs lombaires (dos) et cervicales (cou).
