I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve terapide ağırlıklı olarak duygusal zorlanmalar, ilişki problemleri, özgüven eksikliği, depresyon, anksiyete bozuklukları ve kişilik örgütlenmesine dair sorunlarla ilgileniyorum. Terapi sürecimde temel olarak Şema Terapi yaklaşımını benimsiyorum. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.

Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.

Je suis titulaire d’un diplôme en psychologie de l’Université Paul Valéry de Montpellier, ainsi que d’un master en psychologie clinique obtenu à l’Université libre de Bruxelles.

Actuellement, je poursuis une formation continue en vue de devenir psychothérapeute systémicienne spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des familles et des couples.

Je travaille dans le secteur de l’aide à la jeunesse, où j’assure le suivi de jeunes pris en charge dans le cadre de mesures judiciaires ordonnées par le tribunal de la jeunesse.
