Thanks to her experience in psychiatric institutions, she will be able to treat anxiety disorders, emotional management, depression, affective disorders, low self-esteem, etc. She is passionate about mental health and psychological well-being. Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities. I will support you in working through your difficulties and your personal journey. In work, among other things, anxiety, mourning, burnout, depressive feelings, isolation, search for meaning. My work is rooted in a humanist approach to therapeutic work which is expressed in the care I pay to empathy, unconditional positive consideration of the person and authenticity.

Psychologue, formée à l’approche systémique pour enfants, adolescents, adultes, couples et familles, j’offre un espace d’écoute et de soutien, visant à aider chacun à mieux comprendre ses expériences, développer ses ressources personnelles et avancer à son rythme.

Mon accompagnement se centre sur la gestion des émotions et du stress, difficultés relationnelles (parents- enfants, couple, familles), mal-être, souffrance émotionnelle, difficultés liées à l'humeur, le burnout, le traumatisme, la confiance en soi, l'affirmation de soi. 

Je consulte en français, en anglais et en arabe.

Je suis titulaire d’un diplôme en psychologie de l’Université Paul Valéry de Montpellier, ainsi que d’un master en psychologie clinique obtenu à l’Université libre de Bruxelles.

Actuellement, je poursuis une formation continue en vue de devenir psychothérapeute systémicienne spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des familles et des couples.

Je travaille dans le secteur de l’aide à la jeunesse, où j’assure le suivi de jeunes pris en charge dans le cadre de mesures judiciaires ordonnées par le tribunal de la jeunesse.
