Kinésithérapeute conventionné, passionné et à l'écoute, je suis là pour vous accompagner dans la récupération et l'amélioration de votre bien-être physique. Que vous soyez en phase de rééducation suite à une blessure, que vous ayez des douleurs chroniques ou que vous souhaitiez simplement optimiser votre condition physique, je m'engage à proposer des soins adaptés à vos besoins. j'apporte une expertise particulière dans la prise en charge des coureurs à pied et des pathologies du membre inférieur. Mon objectif est d'accompagner chaque patient dans une récupération optimale, en tenant compte des besoins spécifiques des sportifs et de toute personne cherchant à améliorer sa mobilité.

Je suis un kinésithérapeute, spécialisé dans le sport, motivé et dynamique. Je suis à l'écoute de mes patients et mon objectif est de vous accompagner au court de votre rééducation. Mes domaines de prédilection sont : - Kinésithérapie générale - kinésithérapie Sportive - Orthopédie - Traumatologie - Rhumatologie. Ma langue maternelle est le français et je parle également anglais.

Elias is a graduate in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation with a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy. 

His practice is centered around empowering patients to understand their bodies, helping them work towards becoming healthier and stronger than ever before. Treating everyone with the same care and dedication is a core value that drives his approach.

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, I take care of all types of patients, from back and neck problems, to sports injuries, postnatal and lymphatic drainage. Do not hesitate to make an appointment in one of my two private practices located in Brussels (1000) and Etterbeek (1040).

Je suis également en capacité d’assurer une rééducation orthopédique et générale, afin de proposer un accompagnement complet et adapté aux besoins de chacun.

Je souhaite me spécialiser en pédiatrie et en périnatalité – uro-gynécologie, afin d’accompagner les femmes, les hommes et les enfants à chaque étape de leur vie.

Mon approche est centrée sur la bienveillance, la douceur et l’individualisation des soins, que ce soit pour la rééducation post-partum, les troubles périnéaux, la prévention, ou le suivi du développement de l’enfant(plagiocéphalie, torticolis, motricité…), ou toute sorte de prise en charge.

Mon objectif : offrir une prise en charge complète, adaptée à chacun, pour favoriser le mouvement, l’équilibre et le bien-être global.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... I also do physical therapy after childbirth to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the perineum. I can come to your home (contact me on my phone). Graduated from HELB in 2014, I am specialized in sports physiotherapy and manual therapy I am also certified from the runner's clinic. I take care of sports and musculoskeletal pathologies in general. I take care of consultations at the Total Physio office based at 57 Rue de Baron de Castro, Etterbeek 1040. I am open on Mondays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Tuesdays from 12:30pm to 2pm, Wednesdays from 2pm to 8:30pm, Thursdays from 1pm to 3pm and also on Fridays from 12:30pm to 2pm.

I focus my activity around overall patient care. Table work, indoor activity, or exercises depending on your needs. What are you looking for, what are your objectives? Specializing in post-traumatic rehabilitation and sports pathologies, I would be happy to get you back on your feet, so that you can return to your favorite sports fields, or your sofa! I take great interest in ensuring that my patients correctly understand their pathology, how to put an end to it, and that my office is a safe place for everyone.
