Je m'appelle Bénédicte, je suis kinésithérapeute depuis 2009. Je suis spécialisée dans la prise en charge de la femme en globalité et plus spécifiquement dans le domaine de la pelvi-périnéologie, la rééducation autour du cancer du sein, le drainage lymphatique ainsi que la prise encharge des cicatrices. Je me suis également formé dans la prise en charge des hommes lors de troubles post-prostatectomie. Pour compléter mes prises en charges, je suis également formé en microkinésithérapie. Ce qui pourra vous aider, ainsi que les bébés et enfants, lors de stress, de problèmes de sommeil et bien d'autres. Kinésithérapeute diplômée du Parnasse, également diplômée en éducation physique et en psychomotricité au parnasse également, j'allie ces expertises pour proposer une prise en charge globale et personnalisée. Etant nageuses depuis de nombreuses années cela m’a conduite à devenir professeur pour enfants et adultes, enrichissant ainsi ma compréhension des mouvements et des mécanismes corporels essentiels à la rééducation.

Je vous propose des soins adaptés à vos besoins, que ce soit au cabinet à Auderghem ou à domicile. Mon approche repose sur des techniques modernes, dans un cadre bienveillant et professionnel, avec pour objectif de vous accompagner efficacement vers une meilleure mobilité et un bien-être durable.

Je suis Masseur-Kinésithérapeute diplômé d'Etat depuis 2012, j'ai réalisé mes études en France et travaillé au sein de diverses structures et cabinets, qui ont enrichi mon expérience et ma pratique. Je place au centre de mon approche la bienveillance, la pédagogie, l'autonomisation et l'activité.

Depuis janvier 2025, j'exerce dans le centre Kin&Perform. Je propose des soins de kinésithérapie générale pour vous accompagner dans votre rééducation et l'optimisation de vos performances.

Cette année marque également le début d'une formation en kinésithérapie sportive, un domaine qui me passionne tout particulièrement. En tant que sportif de haut en tennis de table et véritable passionné de sport, je suis déterminé à mettre mon énergie au service de mes patients.

I graduated in Kinesitherapy and Rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2021. Physiotherapist Thibault MATHIEU graduated with a Master's degree in physiotherapy from the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles (HELB). Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. This has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expertise on sports pathologies, in order to offer you an optimal treatment that will meet your different objectives. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and overload pathologies, post-traumatic/orthopedic surgery of the lower limb (ACL, meniscal pathology...), I also have an affinity for the treatment of cervical and dorsolumbar pathologies.

After graduating from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I now work at Bsports Health, a health center that distinguishes itself by its holistic approach to patient care. During my university studies, I had the chance to work in the same center as a coach. Thus, I was able to develop many skills in the field of fitness. In order to optimize my care, I am currently training in manual therapy and crocheting. In addition, I keep up to date with the scientific literature in order to provide my patients with adequate treatment. My goal is to do everything in my power to help my patients regain their function and relieve their pain.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies.
