Graduated with distinction from HELB in physiotherapy, I have been passionate about this profession since I was very young. My academic career has been enriched by numerous internships in various healthcare environments, notably in nursing homes, hospitals and in physiotherapy practices. I like human contact, whether with children, adults or the elderly. I quickly discovered my passion for end-of-life support and pediatrics and I aspire to specialize in these areas to bring a more rigorous approach and greater comfort to my practice. My approach as a physiotherapist is characterized by my deep empathy, my positive dynamic, my ability to reassure patients and my rigor in my care. My ultimate goal is to contribute to the well-being and health of my patients while creating a warm and safe environment for their rehabilitation. I am determined to provide quality care and support my patients in maintaining their autonomy and improving their quality of life.

Kinésithérapeute licenciée depuis presque 20 ans, je reviens en Belgique après plus de 15 ans au Canada. 

Forte d’un bagage mixte de formations et d’expériences, j’ai toujours eu à coeur le bien-être de mes patients. 

Spécialisée en thérapie manuelle et en pathologies sportives, j’ai essentiellement évolué dans le milieu de la prise en charge des problématiques neuro-musculo-squelletiques en clinique sportive. 

Outre la thérapie manuelle, j’inclus au besoin dans ma pratique des techniques comme le crochetage (fibrolyse diacutanée), le dry needling ou le Mulligan.

My work as a sports physiotherapist covers all the pathologies associated with sporting activities, with the aim of preventing and treating injuries to joints and muscles, as well as postoperative injuries. I have a wealth of experience working in sports clubs (football, boxing, triathlon, surfing, etc.) and I help my patients to get back into shape and improve their well-being, whether they are top-level sportsmen and women or amateurs. I work with people of all ages and rub shoulders with many professional and amateur sportspeople. My role is to help you get back into sport and competition.

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, I take care of all types of patients, from back and neck problems, to sports injuries, postnatal and lymphatic drainage. Do not hesitate to make an appointment in one of my two private practices located in Brussels (1000) and Etterbeek (1040).

Diplômé en kinésithérapie de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je me suis spécialisé en kinésithérapie du sport grâce à la formation Kinesport Expert, ainsi qu’en prise en charge musculo-squelettique.

Ma pratique repose sur une approche active et personnalisée, fondée sur des méthodes validées scientifiquement (EBP), afin d’assurer une récupération durable et de prévenir les récidives.

J’accompagne tout type de patient et de pathologie, en adaptant chaque prise en charge aux besoins et aux capacités de chacun.

J’accorde également une grande importance à l’éducation thérapeutique, convaincu que comprendre son corps est essentiel pour retrouver confiance en ses capacités et favoriser l’autonomie.

Le cabinet se situe au -1 de la maison, par un escalier avec deux rampes.

Kinésithérapeute formée à l'UCL, j'ai une approche centrée sur le patient, alliant bienveillance et expertise (EBM-EBP). Je propose un traitement pour vous accompagner au quotidien selon vos besoins et vos capacités. Kinésithérapeute conventionné, je vous accueille à Thieffry dans notre centre multidisciplinaire "I care Center". Vous pouvez me consulter pour une séance pré-opératoire ou une revalidation post-opératoire (genou, hanche et épaule), pour des problèmes musculosquelettiques/orthopédiques. Je suis aussi capable de vous procurer des soins afin de vous libérer des douleurs lombaires (dos) et cervicales (cou). Dans ma pratique quotidienne, je place le patient au centre de traitement et l'encourage à être acteur de son propre traitement. Je propose des séances qui s'adaptent à vos besoins. Lors de votre première visite, un bilan sera effectué afin de fixer conjointement les objectifs que vous souhaitez atteindre et le traitement que je peux vous proposer.

Je vous accueille au cabinet du Centre Maubel (Forest) les lundis, mardis et vendredis, ainsi qu’au Centre Revago les mardis et jeudis matin.

Je propose une prise en charge personnalisée, adaptée aux besoins et aux objectifs de chaque patient, alliant travail manuel et exercices actifs pour traiter les douleurs aiguës ou chroniques, accompagner la rééducation post-opératoire, prendre en charge les troubles musculo-squelettiques et agir en prévention, tout en favorisant le mouvement, la confiance et l’implication du patient tout au long du traitement.
