Étant moi-même artiste de cirque, je porte un intérêt particulier aux besoins spécifiques des acrobates, danseur·se·s et artistes du mouvement.

Je propose un accompagnement en kinésithérapie sportive : adaptation de l’entraînement, prise en charge des blessures, prévention, travail postural et fonctionnel.

Hortense Kerebel, physiotherapist welcomes you to her office in Merode located in Etterbeek as well as to the City Clinic Louise in Ixelles. I worked for 3 years in Portugal as a physiotherapist and I used that time to invest as much as I could in courses so that I could provide quality treatments to my patients. 

My main goal is to continue investing in gaining more and more knowledge so that I can apply it in my clinical practice. I'm a big fan of quality treatments and good follow-up with patients. That makes all the difference to the patient's progress.

I'm very involved in the musculoskeletal area and for this reason I treat pathologies such as back, shoulder, elbow, knee pain, I work a lot on post-operative rehabilitation and also with tendonitis, bursitis and calcifications.

I love doing treatments that involve acupuncture because I really like the quick and long-lasting results, and acupuncture allows me to do that. That's why I really enjoy combining my knowledge of physiotherapy with my knowledge of acupuncture (traditional Chinese medicine).

Diplômé d'un Master en kinésithérapie en 2024 à la HELB (Haute Ecole libre de Bruxelles) passionné par le corps humain et le mouvement, je vous accompagne tout au long de votre revalidation. Ensemble, nous mettons en place un bilan complet et nous élaborons ensuite un plan de traitement progressif, adapté à vos besoins et basé sur des principes fondés.

As a physiotherapist with a strong background in occupational therapy, I adopt a holistic approach to patient care, addressing the physical, mental, and social dimensions of recovery. My areas of expertise include:

In addition to my professional qualifications, I am passionate about extreme sports such as skateboarding, skiing, and kitesurfing. Having personally experienced multiple injuries, I understand the recovery process firsthand. My own journey of rehabilitation, guided by skilled physiotherapists, has motivated me to provide the same level of care and support to my patients.

My objective is to develop a personalized rehabilitation plan tailored to your specific needs and to support you at every step of your recovery. I offer consultations and sessions in both French and English.

Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. My consultations take place on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings at the City Clinic, Avenue Louise, and I will be happy to welcome you.

Je vous accueille dans mon cabinet à Uccle ou me déplace à domicile pour vous offrir des soins personnalisés. Passionnée par le bien-être et la rééducation, je suis également sportive, adepte de Pilates, et cavalière passionnée. Je mets un point d'honneur à allier technicité et approche humaine dans la prise en charge de mes patients.

Michel Schoonjans has a degree in physiotherapy and functional rehabilitation from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and has been an official physiotherapist since 1996. With more than 23 years of experience, he is able to treat all people suffering from musculoskeletal, respiratory, cardiovascular or psychomotor disorders. Michel Schoonjans has a very rich background in the field of physical therapy. Indeed, he has carried out several in-depth researches on the interest of coupling isokinetic testing and EMG in the context of patellofemoral syndrome. For the past 10 years, he has also been a member of the teaching staff at the ULB as an assistant in charge of exercises at the Institute of Motor Sciences, and at the HELB as a training supervisor. He also practiced at the osteoarticular center of the Antoine Depage Clinic where he gained the trust of several patients. Elodie Goossens graduated from the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles Ilya Prigogine in 2019. She practices in hospitals, in her own office and at home. She is mainly specialized in perinatality (pre-post partum) and uro-gynaecology. She also takes care of you for physical therapy of the hand and endermology.
