Selon moi, le patient est plus qu’une simple pathologie et est à prendre dans sa globalité en prenant en compte la sphère psycho-sociale également.

David Léonard is a physiotherapist, specialized in sports physiotherapy. He receives you at his private practice (Sombreffe) and travels to your home. He attaches great importance to training (sports physiotherapy, Trigger Points, and currently in muscle chains and orthopedic manual therapy) and has accumulated experience in the follow-up of sportsmen and women, whether in the office or in clubs (soccer, rugby). Graduated from UCLouvain with a master's degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, I will be delighted to welcome you to the HK Health Center in Braine-l'Alleud. SPORT - ORTHOPAEDICS - MANUAL THERAPY

With 14 years experience as a physiotherapist at the foot of the Austrian mountains, I have now decided to continue my work in Belgium. 

I've continually developed and trained in the field of orthopaedics, surgery and traumatology.

I am specialised in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and lymphatic drainage. 

I'm passionate about my work and want to use my knowledge and expertise to support and guide you in your rehabilitation. 

I'm fluent in German and English and have a good level of French, which I'm improving on a daily basis.

Kiné conventionné. Je travaille également au club de rugby de La Hulpes et avec l'équipe nationale des filles U18 au rugby à 7. Je me ferais un plaisir de vous prendre en charge peu importe votre pathologie.

Kiné général conventionné. Je m'occupe principalement des pathologies musculo-squelettiques liées à un trauma, une opération ou de la surcharge.

Je suis formé en kiné sportive et me ferai un plaisir de vous accompagner jusqu'à votre retour sur le terrain.

Etant également kiné à l'Institut Jules Bordet, je prends en charge toutes pathologies liées au cancer. Aussi bien pendant le traitement qu'après une opération.

Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie au Parnasse-ISEI, je pratique la kinésithérapie générale et sportive. Passionné par le domaine du sport, je me suis naturellement orienté vers les prises en charge liées au système musculo-squelettique (ortho-trauma-sport). Je reçois également pour des prises en charge générale.

Je suis actuellement en cours de formation longue en kinésithérapie du sport.

My patients appreciate my attentive approach and commitment to their recovery. Member of the medical team of Ligue Belge Francophone d'Athlétisme, I am currently pursuing my doctoral thesis part-time at UCLouvain, focusing on manual therapy in the context of lateral ankle sprains.
