Je vous accompagne dans la prise en charge de vos douleurs et votre rééducation fonctionnelle.

Graduated in 2013, I specialized in sports physiotherapy in Paris (KINESPORT) until 2015. I now work in a well-equipped multidisciplinary center with a dynamic, specialized and attentive team.

Je suis kinésithérapeute, diplômé de la HELB Ilya Prigogine. Je vous accueille dans plusieurs centres pour des prises en charge en kinésithérapie, quel que soit votre âge : adultes, adolescents et enfants.

Je travaille en collaboration avec d’autres professionnel·le·s de la santé dans une démarche pluridisciplinaire, afin d’assurer une prise en charge globale et cohérente de votre problématique de santé.

Je base ma pratique sur l’écoute et la bienveillance, avec pour objectif de vous aider à soulager vos douleurs et à retrouver une meilleure qualité de vie grâce au mouvement.

Artistes de cirque & arts du corps

Étant moi-même artiste de cirque, je porte un intérêt particulier aux besoins spécifiques des acrobates, danseur·se·s, musicien·ne·s et artistes du mouvement.

Je propose un accompagnement en kinésithérapie sportive : adaptation de l’entraînement, prise en charge des blessures, prévention, travail postural et fonctionnel.

Ayant une affinité pour le sport, c'est tout bonnement dans cette direction que je souhaite me spécialiser ainsi que dans l'ATM (articulation temporo-mandibulaire). Mon approche est centrée sur vos objectifs et sur une prise en charge globale.

A côté de cela, je travaille comme indépendant au sein d'une maison de repos.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... I also do physical therapy after childbirth to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the perineum. I can come to your home (contact me on my phone). I focus my activity around overall patient care. Table work, indoor activity, or exercises depending on your needs. What are you looking for, what are your objectives? Specializing in post-traumatic rehabilitation and sports pathologies, I would be happy to get you back on your feet, so that you can return to your favorite sports fields, or your sofa! I take great interest in ensuring that my patients correctly understand their pathology, how to put an end to it, and that my office is a safe place for everyone.

I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. Information and understanding of one's health is an important part of my practice.
