Graduated with a master in physiotherapy from the Leonardo da Vinci / Parnasse-Isei high school, the physiotherapist Melanie Van Wassenhove practices at the Take'in Care paramedical center (brusselsesteenweg 159, 3080 Tervuren) and also does home visits on request of her patients. Her qualities and skills allow her to take care of sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, back pain, joint pain, neurological and respiratory pathologies in children. Diplômée en 2016, je possède une expérience de 7 ans dans le domaine de la revalidation neuro-locomotrice, ce qui m'a permis d'acquérir une expertise approfondie dans l'accompagnement et la rééducation des patients atteints de troubles de l'appareil locomoteur.

Au cours de mon parcours, j'ai suivi plusieurs formations spécialisées, notamment : Le Concept abdo-périnéo, L'Approche posturale de la lombalgie par la méthode de Gasquet, L'actualisation de la prise en charge globale du malade hémiplégique et Le traitement des cicatrices.

Passionnée de sport et sportive moi-même, je comprends l'importance de l'activité physique dans le processus de rééducation et d'amélioration du bien-être.

Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Kinésithérapeute licenciée depuis presque 20 ans, je reviens en Belgique après plus de 15 ans au Canada. 

Forte d’un bagage mixte de formations et d’expériences, j’ai toujours eu à coeur le bien-être de mes patients. 

Spécialisée en thérapie manuelle et en pathologies sportives, j’ai essentiellement évolué dans le milieu de la prise en charge des problématiques neuro-musculo-squelletiques en clinique sportive. 

Outre la thérapie manuelle, j’inclus au besoin dans ma pratique des techniques comme le crochetage (fibrolyse diacutanée), le dry needling ou le Mulligan.

Pierre-Victor Andouard, physical therapist, graduated from HELB in physical therapy in 2019. He specializes in sports physical therapy, revalidation and orthopedics/traumatology. He welcomes you in the Medical Center in Jourdan. He has participated in several conferences such as; Kiné sport, Reathletisation, Préparation sportive, Fibrolyse myoponevrotique".

As a physical therapist, my goal is to help the person as much as possible in their rehabilitation. The work is always done according to the needs and objectives of the patient. The treatment is based on a precise analysis of the problem in order to treat the pathology at its source, and the patient is always active in his rehabilitation.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Animée par une grande soif d'apprentissage et une passion pour le domaine de la santé, j'ai entrepris une formation en kinésithérapie afin de compléter mon parcours d'ergothérapeute.

Je suis conventionnée. J’exerce à domicile mais également dans le Cabinet médical du Transvaal : métro 5, tram 8. Parking facile (accès par l'arrière du bâtiment).

Kinésithérapeute conventionné, je vous accueille à Thieffry dans notre centre multidisciplinaire "I care Center". Vous pouvez me consulter pour une séance pré-opératoire ou une revalidation post-opératoire (genou, hanche et épaule), pour des problèmes musculosquelettiques/orthopédiques. Je suis aussi capable de vous procurer des soins afin de vous libérer des douleurs lombaires (dos) et cervicales (cou). Dans ma pratique quotidienne, je place le patient au centre de traitement et l'encourage à être acteur de son propre traitement. Je propose des séances qui s'adaptent à vos besoins. Lors de votre première visite, un bilan sera effectué afin de fixer conjointement les objectifs que vous souhaitez atteindre et le traitement que je peux vous proposer.
