Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Passionné par mon métier et exerçant depuis bientôt 8 ans, je me suis spécialisé en kiné du sport. Je vous accompagne dans votre rééducation, dans la prévention de vos blessures, et dans l’optimisation de vos performances afin de vous aider à atteindre vos objectifs.

Je m’intéresse plus particulièrement aux pathologies spécifiques en course à pied, au trail mais également aux sports collectifs comme le basket-ball et le football. Vous pouvez me retrouver sur le terrain où j’encadre l’équipe de football du Sporting Brussels.

Suivant depuis 4 ans une formation complémentaire en ostéopathie, j’aime approcher le patient dans sa globalité afin de fournir une prise en charge ciblée et individuelle, le tout dans la bonne humeur.

Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. Diplômé de l’ISEK et animé par une passion pour la kiné, j’ai développé une expertise diversifiée englobant la kiné générale, les douleurs musculo-squelettiques, la kiné sportive, la rééducation pré et post-opératoire, le drainage lymphatique manuel ainsi que la cupping therapy (hijama). Grâce à une formation solide, une pratique assidue et une volonté constante de me perfectionner, je m’efforce de proposer des soins alliant efficacité et innovation, en phase avec les évolutions de la profession.

Je prends en charge aussi bien les pathologies aiguës que chroniques, avec une approche personnalisée et évolutive.

Je suis également spécialisée dans la prise en charge maxillo-faciale (ATM, douleurs oro-faciales, rééducation post-chirurgicale…) ainsi que dans le traitement des cervicalgies.
