Sportswoman and always interested in the human body and helping people, it was quite natural that I studied physiotherapy at the Leonard de Vinci high school. Graduating in 2022, I directly began a specialization in pelvi-perineology at UCL. I treat men and women both in general physiotherapy (orthopedics, sports injuries, geriatrics, etc.) and in abdominopelvic rehabilitation. Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

Johan Van Ertbruggen, Physiotherapist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a master's degree in physiotherapy in 2016. He is specialized in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and shoulder rehabilitation. He consults Monday through Friday at HSPC Health & Sports Performance Medical Center.

Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en 2022, je suis passionnée par le fonctionnement du corps humain et animée par l’envie d’accompagner mes patients dans leur rétablissement et leur bien-être.

Mon parcours sportif m’a permis de développer une approche dynamique et personnalisée de la kinésithérapie, que j’applique dans différents domaines tels que l’orthopédie, la traumatologie, la gériatrie, et bien d’autres.

Mon objectif est de guider mes patients tout au long de leur remise en forme en leur fournissant les informations nécessaires pour optimiser leur récupération, tout en les aidant à retrouver leur pleine mobilité.
