Titulaire d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'HE2B, à Bruxelles, en 2024, j'ai officiellement commencé à travailler en février 2025.

Je suis une formation supplémentaire en Thérapie Manuelle, à l'ETMA, me permettant d'acquérir une connaissance plus poussée de mon métier.

Je détiens aussi un certificat en Drainage Lymphatique Manuel, suivant la méthode Leduc, vous offrant donc mes services.

Lors de mes études et après, j'ai eu différentes occasions de travailler à l'étranger ce qui m'a permis de développer mes performances de kinésithérapeute.

Au cours de mon parcours, j'ai eu l'occasion de me former en traumatologie & orthopédie, en pédiatrie, gériatrie, neurologie et en cabinet libéral.

Vous pourrez me retrouver dans mon cabinet à Uccle ou à domicile.

La santé de la femme et la périnatalité me tenant à coeur, je me suis spécialisée en pelvi-périnéologie féminine. J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.

Pour une prise en charge globale de votre pathologie, je dispose d’un cabinet ainsi que d'un accès au plateau technique équipé. 

En parallèle, j’exerce à l’hôpital Erasme, ce qui me permet d’avoir en plus de la rééducation fonctionnelle, une expérience en kinésithérapie respiratoire ainsi qu’en revalidation.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Mrs. Flémal Aurélie is a physiotherapist with almost 5 years of experience. She welcomes you in her spacious and bright office, ideally located in the west of Brussels. Mrs. Flémal is specialized in the treatment of orthopedic and rheumatic pain of all origins, in the treatment of women in pre and post partum and in the respiratory care of young children. Passionate about the human body, I finished my physiotherapy studies at the Haute école libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 with great distinction. I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. I currently work in two offices located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Evere.
