Kinésithérapeute licenciée depuis presque 20 ans, je reviens en Belgique après plus de 15 ans au Canada. 

Forte d’un bagage mixte de formations et d’expériences, j’ai toujours eu à coeur le bien-être de mes patients. 

Spécialisée en thérapie manuelle et en pathologies sportives, j’ai essentiellement évolué dans le milieu de la prise en charge des problématiques neuro-musculo-squelletiques en clinique sportive. 

Outre la thérapie manuelle, j’inclus au besoin dans ma pratique des techniques comme le crochetage (fibrolyse diacutanée), le dry needling ou le Mulligan. 

Je me ferai un plaisir de vous accueillir tant en français qu’en anglais, dès à présent Chez Kio Medical Center à Uccle et bientôt à Belliard pour une prise en charge personnalisée.

Diplômé en 2022 à la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles, j’ai débuté ma carrière en exerçant pendant six mois sur l’île de La Réunion. Depuis la création du centre Medkin à Braine-l’Alleud, j’y pratique la kinésithérapie générale du lundi au vendredi.

Soucieux d’enrichir mes compétences, j'ai terminé en 2025 une formation de deux ans en thérapie manuelle à la SFER à Mons.

En 2026, j'ai participé à la formation "épaule au top" à Lille afin d'améliorer l'examen clinique et le traitement des patients souffrant de diverses pathologies d'épaule.

Passionné par le sport, notamment le basket et la course à pied, j’adapte mes traitements aux besoins spécifiques de chaque patient, qu’il s’agisse de rééducation, de prévention ou d’optimisation des performances.

With 14 years experience as a physiotherapist at the foot of the Austrian mountains, I have now decided to continue my work in Belgium. 

I've continually developed and trained in the field of orthopaedics, surgery and traumatology.

I am specialised in manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and lymphatic drainage. 

I'm passionate about my work and want to use my knowledge and expertise to support and guide you in your rehabilitation. 

I'm fluent in German and English and have a good level of French, which I'm improving on a daily basis.

Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. This has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expertise on sports pathologies, in order to offer you an optimal treatment that will meet your different objectives. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and overload pathologies, post-traumatic/orthopedic surgery of the lower limb (ACL, meniscal pathology...), I also have an affinity for the treatment of cervical and dorsolumbar pathologies.

Diplômée de l'Université de Liège en 2006, je me forme régulièrement afin de vous garantir les meilleurs soins. Je me suis notamment spécialisée dans les Chaînes Musculaires Physiologiques (Busquet) ainsi qu'en Thérapie Manuelle Analytique afin de soigner mon patient dans sa globalité. Particulièrement intéressée par la prise en charge du dos (opéré ou non opéré), je suis également à l'aise dans le domaine de l'orthopédie, traumatologie ainsi que dans les rééducations post-opératoires. Convaincue par le bienfait de l'activité physique à tout âge, je propose également des cours de gymnastique douce. Souriante, à l'écoute et ponctuelle, je vous reçois au centre HexaClinic dans une ambiance chaleureuse, le lundi après-midi et soirée, le mardi après-midi, le mercredi matin et le jeudi après midi. Black belt in judo, 3rd Dan. More than 10 years of high-level practice in this sport. I've discovered in sports physiotherapy a passion other than judo, and I'm fully committed to it.

Hortense practices general physiotherapy (orthopedic, traumatological and rheumatological pathologies as well as neurological revalidation, treatment of cardio-respiratory disorders as well as musculoskeletal conditions, etc.). Physiotherapist qualified in 2001, I followed some training to complete my knowledge but eager to know more I followed the osteopathy training of the C.B.O. I have been part of TEAM BELGIUM since 2008 and participate in various high-level sporting events such as the Olympics, YOG, EYOF, EG, WG. I like to follow, understand, support and advise patients in their rehabilitation. My focus is orthopedics and musculoskeletal injuries. I really enjoy working on the shoulders because it is a complex joint with extremely varied treatments. I take care of both athletic and non-athlete patients, adapting to the patient's requirements regarding the level of rehabilitation or rehabilitation to be achieved.
