Je suis disponible pour prendre en charge vos pathologies dans différents domaines : orthopédie, uro-gynécologie, accompagnement pré et post natal, drainage lymphatique, respiratoire.

Je me suis formée en rééducation abdomino-pelvienne et en kinésithérapie périnatale à l’UCL, afin d’explorer ce domaine qui me passionne. Je peux ainsi vous accompagner dans la prise en charge des troubles pelvi-périnéaux, incluant les troubles urinaires, fécaux, gynécologiques, ainsi que les difficultés pouvant impacter la sphère intime, chez les femmes, les hommes et les enfants.

Pour rappel, ces troubles sont fréquents et n’ont pas à être tabous. Ma porte sera toujours ouverte pour en parler avec vous. J’ai hâte de vous rencontrer et de vous accompagner afin d’atteindre vos objectifs.

Kinésithérapeute conventionnée, diplômée de la HERS à Libramont en 2020, je pratique la kinésithérapie générale, orthopédique, pédiatrique (kiné respiratoire, troubles du développement moteur chez les bébés, prise en charge des plagiocéphalies et malpositions des pieds chez le nourrisson), uro-gynécologique avec BIOFEEDBACK (pré- et post-partum, incontinences urinaires à l’effort), post-opératoire et neurologique chez l’adulte. J’ai également été formée en drainage lymphatique manuel selon la méthode Leduc. 

Je vous reçois à la maison médicale de Genappe les mercredis et jeudis après-midi et en soirée, ainsi qu'un samedi sur 2. Je consulte également au cabinet Espace Santé à Lillois les mercredis matin et le vendredi après-midi et en soirée.

Passionate about the human body, I finished my physiotherapy studies at the Haute école libre de Bruxelles in June 2019 with great distinction. I worked in a nursing home, in a private practice (the alternative care and therapy center) as well as at the Bracops hospital on an outpatient basis and as an inpatient in the surgery department. I currently work in two offices located in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre and Evere. Kinésithérapeute conventionnée passionnée par une prise en charge globale et individualisée, j’ai orienté ma pratique vers plusieurs domaines qui me tiennent particulièrement à cœur. Mon objectif est de comprendre chaque patient dans sa globalité afin de proposer un accompagnement adapté à ses besoins.

Je suis spécialisée en kinésithérapie maxillo-faciale avec une prise en charge des troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire (ATM) : douleurs de mâchoire, bruxisme, céphalées, troubles fonctionnels, accompagnement pré et post-opératoire ainsi qu’autour des traitements orthodontiques et chirurgicaux.

Formée en posturologie, un domaine qui me passionne particulièrement. J’accompagne les troubles de la posture et déséquilibres pouvant influencer douleurs, mouvements ou inconfort au quotidien. J’ai également développé un intérêt particulier pour les préférences motrices et l’analyse du mouvement, afin d’adapter au mieux la prise en charge à chaque individu.

Je suis également formée dans le traitement des œdèmes : lymphœdèmes, lipœdèmes, suites post-opératoires. Les séances peuvent associer drainage lymphatique manuel et pressothérapie selon les besoins.

Cavalière et sportive, je propose des prises en charges ciblées cavalier, je me suis naturellement spécialisée dans l’accompagnement du cavalier. Je suis formée aux préférences motrices du cavalier et en ostéopathie équine, me permettant d’avoir une compréhension globale du couple sportif et de leurs interactions.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Anne Dardenne is a physiotherapist with 34 years of experience. For 15 years, she has specialized in everything related to the pelvic sphere and has followed many training courses in this field: Preparation for childbirth, postpartum, hypopressive gymnastics, urogynecology and anorectal rehabilitation, manual therapy specific and clinical sexology. She is also trained in VODDER Manual Lymphatic Drainage and post breast cancer treatments. In her office or at Espace 84, the health, physical and mental well-being of patients are her main concerns.

Mrs. Katerien De Paepe is a physiotherapist since 2005. She is specialized in prenatal physiotherapy, postnatal physiotherapy and perineal rehabilitation after having obtained her certificate of physiotherapy in perineology at the UCL in 2008. Marie-Sophie Dequenne has a degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation from the Catholic University of Louvain. She is specialized in perineology (urogynecology, pre- and postnatal), hypopressive gymnastics, manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder/Földi method) and Analytical physiotherapy (Concept Sohier). She welcomes you in her office in Uccle.
