Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Je m'appelle Bénédicte, je suis kinésithérapeute depuis 2009. Je suis spécialisée dans la prise en charge de la femme en globalité et plus spécifiquement dans le domaine de la pelvi-périnéologie, la rééducation autour du cancer du sein, le drainage lymphatique ainsi que la prise encharge des cicatrices. Je me suis également formé dans la prise en charge des hommes lors de troubles post-prostatectomie. Pour compléter mes prises en charges, je suis également formé en microkinésithérapie. Ce qui pourra vous aider, ainsi que les bébés et enfants, lors de stress, de problèmes de sommeil et bien d'autres. Trained in perineal and perinatal rehabilitation, I see you in my office for all pathologies linked to these spheres: urinary (incontinence, overactive bladder, etc.), anorectal (constipation, incontinence, etc.) and sexual (pain , vaginismus, etc.). I also support the woman in her maternity ward through preparation for childbirth and relief of pregnancy-related pain, and subsequently during active postnatal rehabilitation of the perineum and abdominal muscles. Elodie Goossens graduated from the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles Ilya Prigogine in 2019. She practices in hospitals, in her own office and at home. She is mainly specialized in perinatality (pre-post partum) and uro-gynaecology. She also takes care of you for physical therapy of the hand and endermology.

Marie-Sophie Dequenne has a degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation from the Catholic University of Louvain. She is specialized in perineology (urogynecology, pre- and postnatal), hypopressive gymnastics, manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder/Földi method) and Analytical physiotherapy (Concept Sohier). She welcomes you in her office in Uccle.

Mrs. Katerien De Paepe is a physiotherapist since 2005. She is specialized in prenatal physiotherapy, postnatal physiotherapy and perineal rehabilitation after having obtained her certificate of physiotherapy in perineology at the UCL in 2008. Kinésithérapeute diplômée d’un Master en 2025, formée égalment au drainage lymphatique et au bandage selon la méthode Leduc.

Dynamique et à l’écoute, j’accorde une grande importance à la relation de confiance et à la qualité du contact avec mes patients.

Je suis également en capacité d’assurer une rééducation orthopédique et générale, afin de proposer un accompagnement complet et adapté aux besoins de chacun.

Je souhaite me spécialiser en pédiatrie et en périnatalité – uro-gynécologie, afin d’accompagner les femmes, les hommes et les enfants à chaque étape de leur vie.

Mon approche est centrée sur la bienveillance, la douceur et l’individualisation des soins, que ce soit pour la rééducation post-partum, les troubles périnéaux, la prévention, ou le suivi du développement de l’enfant(plagiocéphalie, torticolis, motricité…), ou toute sorte de prise en charge.

Mon objectif : offrir une prise en charge complète, adaptée à chacun, pour favoriser le mouvement, l’équilibre et le bien-être global.
