Holder of a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the Free University of Brussels in 2016, I was able to work in different establishments (rest home, polyclinic and medical homes) and with different age groups including adolescents, adults and seniors. I am dedicated, attentive to my patients and very involved in understanding the bio-psycho-social aspect of any pathology in order to ensure optimal treatment. Professionalism, respect, dynamism and good humor are the pillars on which my care is based. She is specialized in prenatal physiotherapy, postnatal physiotherapy and perineal rehabilitation after having obtained her certificate of physiotherapy in perineology at the UCL in 2008. Je suis Ambre, kinésithérapeute diplômée en 2021 d’un Master en kinésithérapie générale, et je me suis récemment spécialisée en kinésithérapie uro-gynécologique. 

Grâce à cette formation complémentaire de 2 ans, je suis particulièrement formée pour prendre en charge les pathologies urinaires et fécales (incontinences, constipation,…), les troubles sexuels et douloureux (dyspareunie, vaginisme,…), ainsi que la kinésithérapie périnatale (prénatale et postnatale). 

Mon approche personnalisée vise à soulager vos douleurs et améliorer votre bien-être, que ce soit pendant la grossesse, après l’accouchement, ou pour traiter des troubles urogénitaux et sexuels.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Le mot clé de ma pratique est la bienveillance. Je suis posée et à l’écoute. Nous avançons ensemble, à votre rythme, et le tout dans la bonne humeur. Je suis disponible pour prendre en charge vos pathologies dans différents domaines : orthopédie, uro-gynécologie, accompagnement pré et post natal, drainage lymphatique, respiratoire, … Je me suis formée en rééducation abdo-pelvienne et kiné périnatale à l’UCL pour explorer ce domaine qui me passionne. Je peux donc vous guider dans les soins de vos pathologies urinaires, fécales et gynécologiques pour les femmes, les hommes et les enfants. She is specialized in orthopedics, traumatology, lymphatic drainage, perinality and respiratory physiotherapy. Her consultations can be conducted in French, English and Dutch.
