erkend diëtiste met een bijzondere interesse in sportvoeding en het begeleiden van mensen naar een gezondere levensstijl.

Tijdens mijn opleiding Voedings- en Dieetkunde aan de Erasmus Hogeschool Brussel volgde ik de bijscholing tot sportdiëtiste, aangevuld met diverse extra opleidingen en bijscholingen, waaronder een opleiding rond het FODMAP-dieet. Hierdoor kan ik mensen met darmklachten, zoals het prikkelbaredarmsyndroom (PDS), gericht begeleiden.

Naast mijn passie voor sportvoeding begeleid ik ook mensen met eetproblemen of een eetstoornis. Hierbij staat een persoonlijke, respectvolle en niet-oordelende aanpak centraal, met aandacht voor het opbouwen van een gezonde relatie met voeding.

Daarnaast help ik graag mensen bij het bereiken van een gezondere levensstijl. Ik geloof in haalbare en duurzame veranderingen die aansluiten bij jouw dagelijkse leven. I only practice osteopathy in my office. Consultations are in French, English, Arabic or Armenian. I treat adults, pregnant women, athletes, the elderly and children (but not babies).  After completing my physiotherapy studies at the Lebanese University, I came to Belgium to study osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Passionate about the biomechanics of the body and human anatomy, I work as an assistant in the ULB functional anatomy laboratory, assisting medical students with practical anatomy work.

Brian Charbel graduated from the International Academy of Osteopathy as a D.O. Osteopath with high distinction in 2019. He began his career studying physical therapy at I.S.E.K. where he graduated in 2010 with high distinction. After specializing in traumatology and sports physiotherapy, he wanted to develop a more holistic approach to the body and first trained in manual therapy and Busquet Physiological Chains. He then went on to study osteopathy.

Graduated with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree specializing in osteopathy at the ULB, I will see you for diagnosis and treatment manual for your pain. My training includes both a solid scientific theoretical base, as well as varied techniques, ranging from joint manipulations to so-called “gentle” techniques. I take the time to listen to you in order to understand the complexity of your clinical history and I respect your requests (phobia of manipulation, modesty, etc.).

Graduated from ULB after 6 years of training (a bachelor's degree and 2 master's degrees), I welcome you for your pain and/or blockages of the musculoskeletal system; namely everything relating to muscles, joints and nerves. You are therefore welcome for any acute or chronic problem of low back pain, neck pain, jaw pain/clicking, after-effects of sprains, contractures, inter-costal neuralgia… I also offer support for the pregnancy as well as relief from abdominal pain linked to stress or organic pathologies (Crohn's, UCHR, gastrointestinal reflux). Osteopathy has also demonstrated its effectiveness in the treatment of tension headaches, which are headaches caused by lack of sleep, stress or poor posture. My personal journey made me discover osteopathy by chance. Since childhood, I have always been attracted to the medical field and the art of healing. But in a situation where conventional medicine and medications could not help me, it was thanks to osteopathy and the healing power of the hands that I was able to get better.
