Hierdoor kan ik mensen met darmklachten, zoals het prikkelbaredarmsyndroom (PDS), gericht begeleiden.

Naast mijn passie voor sportvoeding begeleid ik ook mensen met eetproblemen of een eetstoornis. Hierbij staat een persoonlijke, respectvolle en niet-oordelende aanpak centraal, met aandacht voor het opbouwen van een gezonde relatie met voeding.

Daarnaast help ik graag mensen bij het bereiken van een gezondere levensstijl. Ik geloof in haalbare en duurzame veranderingen die aansluiten bij jouw dagelijkse leven.
