As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. I am passionate about the functions and capacities of the human body, and it is with both enthusiasm and benevolence that I accompany you on your treatment journey. Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Graduated in general osteopathy, I provide treatment adapted to the patient and their disorders associated with the pathology. I also specialize in temporomandibular joint disorders, as well as pediatric and perinatal care. Je suis kinésithérapeute conventionné à Louvain-La-Neuve, diplômé de l'UCLouvain, actuellement en formation dans un master complémentaire en musculo-squelettique. Je suis passionné de breakdance et de danse, dont l'analyse du mouvement m'apporte une vision critique qui enrichit ma pratique thérapeutique.

Emilie Parent is a graduate of Parnasse-ISEI. She obtained a master's degree in physical therapy in 2020. She mainly treats orthopedic injuries (fractures, sports injuries, low back pain, ...) but is also qualified for neurological physiotherapy (post-stroke, tetra/para-plegia, Parkinson's, ...), cardiovascular physiotherapy as well as for all types of exercise training. She also practices Dry Needling to treat trigger points. She is also interested in peri-natal support.
