Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiotherapy, a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy from KU Leuven, where I specialized in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Manual Therapy, and the European Diploma in Pain Physiotherapy.

Alongside my clinical work, I am a PhD Researcher at Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and a member of the Pain in Motion Research Group. My research focuses on chronic pain, psychological factors such as anxiety, and how psychologically informed approaches can be integrated into evidence-based physiotherapy to provide more personalized and effective rehabilitation. I am also a member of the Belgian Pain Society’s Young Researchers Panel, supporting initiatives that connect and promote early-career pain researchers in Belgium.

Ostéopathe D.O., je suis diplômée d'un cursus de six années d'études à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles. Au cours de celles-ci, j’ai développé une véritable passion pour la périnatalité et la pédiatrie. J’ai eu l’opportunité de rédiger deux mémoires sur l’impact du traitement ostéopathique sur les troubles de l’allaitement, ce qui a renforcé mon intérêt pour ces domaines.
