The training I received and my experience allow me to say today that my practice is as varied as the clinical situations I have encountered. Indeed, I consider that each technique must be adapted to the patient's situation and needs. I have been able to perfect my practice by completing it with a clinical medical examination and learning what to do in case of remarkable symptoms in order to conduct the sessions in complete safety.

I am an osteopath graduated from the ULB and I work with neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders. During my training, I acquired a solid medical background that allows me to propose a safe treatment adapted to the problem encountered. My training continued with a complementary master in risk management and well-being at work, option ergonomics (ULB, UCLouvain, ULiège and UMons), which allows me to give advice on prevention. I am also an assistant in charge of osteopathy practical works at the Faculty of Motor Sciences of the ULB, which allows me to keep my knowledge up to date.

I have 5 years of experience as an osteopath in my own home (after a 5-year training at the IAO, completed in 2016) and 11 years as a physiotherapist in a medical home with a very diversified care and a sharp knowledge of orthopedic disorders, sharpened by a 5-year experience as an assistant and lecturer at the International Academy of Osteopathy (Gent). His approach is based on 3 pillars: Listening: I take the time to make a good history and clinical examination with each patient to make a diagnosis. Diplomée d'un master en kinésithérapie en 2020 à la Haute Ecole Leonard de Vinci - Parnasse, j'ai acquis de l'expérience dans différents cabinets et hôpitaux. En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.
