Je suis un kinésithérapeute, spécialisé dans le sport, motivé et dynamique. Je suis à l'écoute de mes patients et mon objectif est de vous accompagner au court de votre rééducation. Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en 2022, je suis passionnée par le fonctionnement du corps humain et animée par l’envie d’accompagner mes patients dans leur rétablissement et leur bien-être.

Mon parcours sportif m’a permis de développer une approche dynamique et personnalisée de la kinésithérapie, que j’applique dans différents domaines tels que l’orthopédie, la traumatologie, la gériatrie, et bien d’autres.

Mon objectif est de guider mes patients tout au long de leur remise en forme en leur fournissant les informations nécessaires pour optimiser leur récupération, tout en les aidant à retrouver leur pleine mobilité.

I have a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB with Great Distinction and I practice general physiotherapy. I am therefore able to provide you with care and to accompany you in your rehabilitation: orthopedic, geriatric, cardiological or neurological. For athletes, my experience in the field will also help you to return to competition in the best conditions. I am available at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Passionate about sports, I hold a Master's degree in Kinesitherapy and am able to take care of all your musculoskeletal disorders (tendinopathies, fractures, muscle injuries, sprains, ...), neurological, respiratory or other, as well as to accompany you during a post-operative rehabilitation. I am also trained in lymphatic and manual drainage, and am currently training in sports physiotherapy. My consultations take place on Monday mornings, Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Friday mornings at the City Clinic, Avenue Louise, and I will be happy to welcome you.

Alexandre is a sports physiotherapist who has evolved with the values of team sports. For him, bringing a group to success will always be his primary objective! Pierre-Victor Andouard, physical therapist, graduated from HELB in physical therapy in 2019. He specializes in sports physical therapy, revalidation and orthopedics/traumatology. Graduated in 2020 from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in revalidation of sport. Melvin Gastmans is specialised in sports, orthopaedic, traumatological pathologies and chronic problems of the musculoskeletal system. Diplômé en kinésithérapie générale en 2022, j'ai poursuivi ma formation par un master de spécialisation en douleurs musculo-squelettiques à l’Université catholique de Louvain, ce qui m’a permis de développer une expertise approfondie dans l’évaluation et la prise en charge des troubles musculo-squelettiques. 

J’ai également approfondi mes compétences grâce à une formation organisée par l’Université de Montréal sur le raisonnement clinique me donnant les outils nécessaires pour analyser de manière rigoureuse chaque problématique. J'accorde donc une importance capitale au bilan clinique réalisé lors de la première séance !

Je suis spécialisé plus particulièrement dans les douleurs du dos, des hanches et des genoux, ainsi que dans la rééducation des blessures sportive.

Mon approche combine des techniques manuelles, des exercices spécifiques et de l'éducation thérapeutique, afin de soulager la douleur, restaurer la fonction et éviter les récidives.

Sportif amateur, j’ai pratiqué différents sports tels que la course à pied, le beach-volley, le football, la natation et le tennis.

Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. In addition to my initial training, I followed sports physiotherapy courses in Paris, obtained a university certificate in orthopedic manual therapy at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), and followed training in physical assessment and preparation for University of Poitiers. I believe in a personalized approach for each patient.
