I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

I am 46 years old and I am a systemic psychologist/psychotherapist. I work mainly with couples and families, but also with individuals. The people who have consulted me say that I am a gentle, calm person and that I am very invested in the interviews. They also say that I am atypical compared to the psychologist colleagues they have known, and that this characteristic is experienced in a very positive way for them. When I presented my family and personal history in my second year of postgraduate training in systemic psychology, one of the things that Ms. E. Goldbeter said to me was, "You sound like you're telling the story of a 70-year-old man, when you're only 36. You have done a lot of things in life...". Indeed, I am 46 years old and I am now a psychologist, a psychotherapist, since two years a lecturer at the University of Liege as an expert in psychology, a photographer and a musician, who puts together his different life experiences to try to make them useful in psychological meetings. I often use metaphor, humor, but also music, photography, and many other things in order to make the suffering situation presented to me as simple, clear, explicit and intelligible as possible for everyone. This collective understanding is often linked to the beginning of the resolution of the problem(s). When couples, families or individuals come to my office, I always explain to them certain points to which I pay particular attention: communication, emotions, family history, the feeling of justice and injustice experienced between people. Je suis psychologue et psychothérapeute diplômée de l'Université catholique de Louvain.

C’est avec bienveillance et sans jugement que je vous accueille dans un espace convivial où l’expression de la parole prend son sens et reste confidentielle. Chaque entretien est une rencontre particulière et unique durant laquelle je vous accompagne dans l’expression de votre vécu, des charges encombrantes ou des contenus subjectifs, tout en respectant votre rythme. Le travail se fait dans une démarche collaborative où nous analysons ensemble votre demande, définissons des objectifs et établissons des moyens à mettre en œuvre. L’objectif est que vous puissiez vous réapproprier votre vie, vous sentir mieux dans votre peau, vivre en harmonie avec vous-même et votre entourage. Mon approche vise à vous considérer dans votre singularité et dans votre globalité. En tenant compte de mon orientation clinique, il s’agira ainsi de situer les problèmes dans un contexte plus large, de prendre en compte les facteurs qui les maintiennent ainsi que la fonction qu’ils peuvent avoir.

J’accorde également une grande importance aux formations continues, supervisions et intervisions.

Ma tâche première est d’évaluer et mobiliser, avec votre aide, vos ressources, vos compétences et vos capacités de résilience face à ce que vous traversez. Tel est la croyance qui m’anime. Fort de mon expérience et de mes formations, je vous offre un espace, bienveillant et sécurisé, à une approche qui ouvre à un choix important de stratégies thérapeutiques et d’outils pratiques destinés à favoriser votre créativité.

Clinical psychologist graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve, she welcomes teenagers or adults for individual interviews around various problems in order to bring them the best possible solutions (Self-esteem, self-confidence, motivation, Emotional management, Relational difficulties, Stress and difficulties related to work, Emotional disorders related to anxiety, Post-traumatic stress disorder (loss, bereavement, victim of violence...), EMDR, parental exhaustion, mental load, sadness affects and depressive syndrome)

Psychologue clinicienne et psychanalyste, je vous accueille en cabinet privé pour un espace de parole bienveillant et confidentiel, en individuel ou en couple. Mon approche clinique s'adapte à toute problématique.

Spécialisée en oncologie (travail à l'hôpital), je reçois également en libéral.

J'accompagne en individuel les personnes traversant une souffrance psychique (anxiété, deuil, traumas, questionnements existentiels, problématiques alimentaires, addiction, dépression), ainsi que les couples aux prises à des difficultés relationnelles, des changements de vie ou des angoisses.

Mon approche analytique vous permet de déposer votre histoire et de cheminer vers une meilleure compréhension de vous-même, à votre rythme.
