Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. Diplômé de la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles (HELB) en 2025, et formé au crochetage et aux troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire. Sportif, j’ai pratiqué le football pendant 18 ans, depuis lors je pratique la course à pied, le padel ou encore le fitness. j’intègre le centre de kinésithérapie miroir après y avoir réalisé mon tout premier stage pendant mon cursus. Mon but est de vous accompagner au mieux tout au long du traitement et de répondre au mieux aux objectifs que vous vous êtes fixés, ou qu’on fixera ensemble.
