Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.

Je suis titulaire d’un diplôme en psychologie de l’Université Paul Valéry de Montpellier, ainsi que d’un master en psychologie clinique obtenu à l’Université libre de Bruxelles.

Actuellement, je poursuis une formation continue en vue de devenir psychothérapeute systémicienne spécialisée dans l’accompagnement des familles et des couples.

Je travaille dans le secteur de l’aide à la jeunesse, où j’assure le suivi de jeunes pris en charge dans le cadre de mesures judiciaires ordonnées par le tribunal de la jeunesse.

I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

As a licensed clinical psychologist (ULB), I welcome you (children, teenagers, and adults) to support you in your quest, your questions, and, above all, to help improve your quality of life.

I strive to support initiatives that encourage personal growth. My work is synonymous with supporting your journey. My approach involves hypnosis, an excellent tool for desensitizing, healing emotional and traumatic pain, or even strengthening what you already have.

Together, we can explore your questions, find solutions to the difficulties you are experiencing, develop your emotional and communication skills, initiate change, establish benchmarks, or simply find someone to listen and provide support—in individual, couple, or family consultations. Whether you have a vague or precise idea of ​​what you want to discuss, you will find a place where you can speak freely and with support, in a protected environment*.
