Je suis kinésithérapeute diplômé de l’ISEK depuis juin 2024. J’accompagne mes patients dans la prise en charge de diverses pathologies : orthopédiques, traumatologiques, gériatriques, cardio-vasculaires et musculo-squelettiques.

Formé en drainage lymphatique, je propose également des soins spécifiques adaptés à vos besoins.

Je consulte trois fois par semaine au cabinet Regengo à Evere, avec pour objectif de vous aider à retrouver confort, mobilité et bien-être au quotidien.

Ostéopathe, diplômée d’un cursus de six ans à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je prends en charge un large panel de pathologies.

Ma pratique comporte l'ostéopathie générale, également une prise en charge des tensions musculo-squelettiques, des cervicales aux lombaires, en passant par les troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire et les troubles de la sphère abdominale, par exemple.

Tout type de patients et patientes sont les bienvenus, je suis en mesure de vous proposer des consultations pédiatriques, mais également pour les femmes enceintes.

Hello, I am a DO osteopath graduated in 2022 from the Free University of Brussels and osteopath of the federal Taekwondo team. I started studying the human body and care 13 years ago. I took my first steps in the field of health in midwifery (midwifery) for 3 years. It was a great experience, where I was able to support pregnancies, but also deliver newborns and follow their progress. 7 years ago, I reoriented myself to be able to investigate care through my hands. As an osteopath, I treat musculoskeletal and peripheral neurological disorders of mechanical origin. These mechanical problems have a cause! To find it, an initial discussion will allow me to know more about your pain (How did it appear? What are the characteristics of your pain?). We will take the time to explore your health and medical history. Following this, we will proceed to the physical, clinical and neurological examination supplemented by orthopedic tests in order to best identify the cause of the pain in an algo-mechanical logic. The succession of these stages will allow us to move on to osteopathic treatment and/or medical reorientation towards other specialties. If manipulation proves necessary, it will be carried out with your consent, in a safe manner and in a pain-free manner according to Dr. Robert Maigne. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

Graduated in 2013, I specialized in sports physiotherapy in Paris (KINESPORT) until 2015. I now work in a well-equipped multidisciplinary center with a dynamic, specialized and attentive team.
