Impliquée dans le sport depuis un très jeune âge, j'ai toujours été passionnée par le corps humain et ses réactions face aux blessures et dérèglements dont il peut être affecté. Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie en 2021, j’ai depuis eu l’opportunité d’exercer dans différents environnements, en France métropolitaine et dans les DOM-TOM. Ces expériences variées m’ont permis de développer une approche humaine, attentive et globale du soin.

Après une première année de pratique en Martinique, puis quelques remplacements en Polynésie, j’ai poursuivi mon parcours dans des cabinets aux profils très différents, dont un cabinet de kinésithérapie du sport à Lille et, plus récemment, un cabinet pluridisciplinaire à Aix-en-Provence. Cette diversité m’a permis d’affiner mes affinités professionnelles, que je continue de nourrir au quotidien.

Bien que je n’aie pas encore de spécialisation officielle, je suis passionnée par :
