As a licensed clinical psychologist, my therapeutic practice is based on a holistic approach to the individual, taking into account emotions, thoughts, body, behavior, spirituality and environment. My background has given me clinical experience in various fields: chronic stress, burn-out, depression, anxiety, cancer, trauma, chronic pain and psychosomatics. The therapeutic work I propose is based on brief therapy and reassociative trauma psychotherapy (RTTP). RTP is a therapeutic tool practiced with the help of strategic conversational hypnosis used for the desensitization of traumatic events whose goal is to reassociate and rebalance the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease the traumatic load. During a session, we dialogue and co-construct in order to create the conditions of change that you want to see in your life, the objective being that you can regain control over your emotions and physical sensations. My professional and personal experience also allows me to offer you mind-body tools such as relaxation, breathing, bodyscan and yoga, and psychoeducation if you suffer from chronic pain. I invite you to express yourself in a caring, empathetic and non-judgmental listening space in order to explore together what you are experiencing and to offer you a therapeutic accompaniment that takes into account your problematic and your singularity. I offer consultations for adults, in individual interviews, going through the following difficulties - Chronic and psychosomatic pain (fibromyalgia, polyarthritis, headaches, back pain, gastrointestinal disorders,...) - Anxiety, phobias - Chronic stress, exhaustion, burn-out - Difficulties related to hypersensitivity. More generally, I accompany and support you in your personal, relational, marital and professional difficulties in order to remobilize your resources and find motivation, joy of living, self-confidence and self-esteem.

Psychologue clinicienne, coach de vie et sexologue, je vous accueille individuellement ou en couple dans un espace d'écoute et de parole libre, sans jugement ni tabou. Mon intention est de vous rencontrer là où vous en êtes et de vous accompagner, à votre rythme, vers vos objectifs.

Chaque séance est pour moi un moment privilégié pour prendre soin de vous et de vos relations. C'est l'occasion de faire une pause, de vous libérer de ce qui vous pèse et d’analyser vos modes de fonctionnement.

- Difficultés ou questionnements dans votre vie sexuelle (baisse de désir, anorgasmie, vaginisme/dyspareunie, éjaculation prématurée, trouble de l'érection, anéjaculation)

Mon approche se veut douce et bienveillante, tout en étant orientée vers l'action. Je m’appuie sur diverses approches théoriques et pratiques telles que la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC) et la thérapie mosaic.

Je vous reçois tous les lundis et mardis dans mon cabinet à Uccle et les vendredis au Centre Médical MesaCosa à la Chasse.

Ms. Angélique Gosselin is a psychologist with over 7 years of experience. She holds a master's degree in clinical and psychopathological psychology obtained in 2011. She is specialized in parenting support, difficulties related to the different stages of life as well as in the field of depression. You can find her in Maisières, she will be happy to welcome you.

Ms. Kints is a psychologist with over 10 years of experience. She is a clinical psychologist and offers consultations for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. She has a degree in psychology obtained in 2000, as well as a diploma of complementary studies obtained in 2001. She is also specialized as a family and couple therapist. She is a member of several associations and also performs psychotherapy thanks to her various trainings. With more than 10 years of experience in family planning and in private practice, she will be happy to receive you and help you during the consultations she offers in her private practice in Braine-Le-Château.
