I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. I am continuously training myself through conferences, readings, interdisciplinary exchanges and supervisions, and this with the aim of always meeting the different expectations of my patients. Ces émotions que nous portons inconsciemment vont influencer notre quotidien tant sur le plan personnel que professionnel. En tant que thérapeute psycho corporel je vous accompagne à aller dans le corps rechercher ces tensions et de les libérer grâce à un toucher réparateur et bienveillant en mettant de la conscience sur ce qui est là, sur ce que le corps nous dévoile.

Je vous aide à faire des liens entre les tensions et les évènements de votre vie , c'est un aller retour entre le corps et la vie.

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.
