Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. I am now opening my own practice to accompany children, adolescents and adults in the form of individual interviews. In order to broaden my skills, I am also training in sign language in Ixelles. My psychotherapeutic vision is Freudian inspired. I welcome you for a first meeting at my office or at your home to understand your problems. You will then decide if you wish to start a therapeutic work.

Mon approche est basée sur une écoute empathique, une confidentialité et un respect de la singularité de chacun·e. L’objectif est de créer un espace sécurisant, inclusif et non jugeant, dans lequel il est possible d’aborder des thématiques parfois complexes de manière simple, accessible et respectueuse du rythme de chacun·e.

Au fil des consultations, nous pourrons utiliser différents outils adaptés et définir ensemble des stratégies concrètes, afin de mieux comprendre et appréhender la sexualité de chacun·e de manière safe. L’accompagnement vise à trouver des solutions personnalisées, permettant d’accueillir sa sexualité et son vécu intime le plus sereinement possible.

La simplicité, une attitude chaleureuse et l’humour, lorsqu’ils sont appropriés, font également partie de ma manière de travailler. Ils peuvent aider à apporter de la légèreté et à faciliter l’expression autour de sujets parfois délicats, tout en maintenant un cadre professionnel, respectueux et basé sur la confiance.

J’accompagne notamment les personnes et les couples pour :

• Des difficultés liées au désir, à l’excitation ou au plaisir ;
• Des questionnements autour de la sexualité individuelle ou de couple
• Des difficultés de communication intime et relationnelle ;
• Des vécus de blocages, peurs, honte ou culpabilité liés à la sexualité
• Un accompagnement lors de changements ou transitions de vie importante (séparation, parentalité, maladie, etc.) ;
• Des difficultés à poser des limites, à exprimer ses besoins ou à se sentir en sécurité dans la relation ;
• Un souhait de mieux comprendre sa sexualité, son fonctionnement et ses attentes.

Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary.
