Hallo, ik ben Ditte,

erkend diëtiste met een bijzondere interesse in sportvoeding en het begeleiden van mensen naar een gezondere levensstijl.

Tijdens mijn opleiding Voedings- en Dieetkunde aan de Erasmus Hogeschool Brussel volgde ik de bijscholing tot sportdiëtiste, aangevuld met diverse extra opleidingen en bijscholingen, waaronder een opleiding rond het FODMAP-dieet. Hierdoor kan ik mensen met darmklachten, zoals het prikkelbaredarmsyndroom (PDS), gericht begeleiden.

Naast mijn passie voor sportvoeding begeleid ik ook mensen met eetproblemen of een eetstoornis. Hierbij staat een persoonlijke, respectvolle en niet-oordelende aanpak centraal, met aandacht voor het opbouwen van een gezonde relatie met voeding.

Daarnaast help ik graag mensen bij het bereiken van een gezondere levensstijl. Ik geloof in haalbare en duurzame veranderingen die aansluiten bij jouw dagelijkse leven. Of het nu gaat om gewichtsbeheersing, voedingsadvies bij medische aandoeningen, darmklachten, sportvoeding of het verbeteren van je algemene welzijn, ik ga samen met jou op zoek naar een aanpak die bij jou past.

Ik kijk ernaar uit om je te begeleiden op weg naar een gezonde en evenwichtige levensstijl.

Dr. Jannik Heemann behaalde in 2019 zijn diploma geneeskunde aan de Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Vervolgens specialiseerde hij zich van 2019 tot 2025 in de cardiologie. 

Tijdens zijn opleiding werkte hij in het UZ Brussel, UMC Sint-Pieter in Brussel en ZNA Middelheim in Antwerpen, waar hij kennismaakte met de verschillende facetten van de interne geneeskunde en de cardiologie. 

Je kan hem raadplegen voor algemene cardiologische problemen. Daarnaast heeft hij een bijzondere interesse in hartfalen. 

Specialist in low FODMAP diet, weight loss, diabetes and cholesterol. Believing strongly that eating should remain a pleasure, I am not a fan of restrictive diets. Contrary to popular belief, a restrictive diet is not the solution to losing weight, lowering cholesterol levels, or lowering blood sugar levels in diabetes. This is not the solution in most illnesses. The solution lies in a balanced diet. Take care of your body, this is the only place you have to live. I accompany you throughout the process. We will work together to achieve an optimal result. The goal is not to impose a strict diet on you but rather a gradual adaptation of your diet and your lifestyle. The goal is, for you, to manage yourself a healthy diet adapted to your body and your needs and this for a lifetime. Thanks to nutrigenetics, you can ask for custom-made nutritional advice, based on your genetic profile.

Doctor BERDAOUI Brahim, a cardiologist by training, welcomes you to the Pôle Médical Dewand (Avenue des Padoges 421 in Laeken - Brussels Region). Thanks to his good command of languages, the doctor will take care of you with ease in French, English, Romanian and Arabic. He will welcome you for conventional consultations. The Doctor is qualified by the INAMI since May 2016.

Graduated as a medical doctor in 2006 and as a cardiologist in 2013, I have been practicing since 2013 at the Notre Dame de Grâce Clinic in Gosselies. I joined the practice of Dentist Buzincu Mihai in 2021. I offer a general cardiology activity including consultation, electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound and cardiac rhythm holter. If necessary, more in-depth examinations can be performed in hospital.

Doctor Awada is a cardiologist graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, he is specialized in interventional cardiology, he performs general cardiology consultations and offers you a global care. He offers you a personalized and quality care. Dr Awada also practices in the university environment and will follow you in the management beyond the consultation if necessary.
