J’accompagne également les femmes enceintes dans leur préparation à l’accouchement avec des exercices adaptés, favorisant bien-être et sérénité.

Passionate about perinatality and gynecology, I mainly consult for future and young mothers as well as for pathologies of the pelvic sphere, in particular endometriosis, a subject in which I am very involved with awareness and research projects. I also practice physical therapy for musculoskeletal disorders (sprains, fractures, post-operation, low back pain, neck pain, tendinopathy...) and I am specialized in the treatment of runners. In parallel to the Mimosa Center, I work at the Molière-Longchamp hospital in the orthopedic outpatient department as well as in the Therapeos practice dedicated to women (childbirth preparation, pregnancy-related pain, post-natal rehabilitation, pain and perineal disorders, sports support). In order to provide you with the most adapted and optimal support possible, I am constantly looking for new scientific and practical training and information. I will do my utmost to ensure that your rehabilitation is carried out in a climate of confidence and serenity.

As a physiotherapist, I bring my expertise in the prevention or in the therapeutic follow-up of pathologies that can affect the different systems of the body (musculo-tendinous, cardiovascular, pulmonary, nervous,...) by revalidation and (re)education. I am also an athletics coach since 2015 and therefore know well the pathologies of runners and their functionings.

Qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013, I practiced in private practice for 5 years. I completed my skills with training in sports physiotherapy which allowed me to work within the medical staff of a football team and an indoor football team. I also have a diploma as a personal trainer with 3 years of experience in a gym. Having lived 4 years in Montreal as a therapist in a sports clinic, I was able to develop my skills in massage therapy. These new skills help me complete my overall patient care. My skills as a physiotherapist and personal trainer allow me to best support patients in their healing processes and reduce the risks of recurrence. My knowledge and experience allow me to treat a large number of pathologies affecting the musculoskeletal system (sprain, fracture, muscle damage, postural disorder, etc.). Calm and curious by nature, I will take the time to understand your needs as best as possible in order to find the best way to act on them.

My work as a sports physiotherapist covers all the pathologies associated with sporting activities, with the aim of preventing and treating injuries to joints and muscles, as well as postoperative injuries. I have a wealth of experience working in sports clubs (football, boxing, triathlon, surfing, etc.) and I help my patients to get back into shape and improve their well-being, whether they are top-level sportsmen and women or amateurs. I work with people of all ages and rub shoulders with many professional and amateur sportspeople. My role is to help you get back into sport and competition.

Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. Je m’appelle Laurine Bays et je suis diplômée en ostéopathie de l’université libre de Bruxelles. Grâce à cette formation de 6 ans, j’ai acquis les connaissances et la pratique nécessaires à la prise en charge sécurisée de mes patients. Je suis persuadée qu’une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire est un plus pour les patients. C’est la raison pour laquelle je collabore volontiers avec d’autres professionnels de la santé (médecins généralistes, gynécologues, pédiatres, sages-femmes, kinésithérapeutes, psychologues,…) Je prends en charge les adolescents, les adultes, les sportifs, les seniors.
