Kinésithérapeute diplômé en juin 2025 à la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles (HELB), je vous accueille au centre MesaCosa et vous accompagne avec bienveillance grâce à un suivi personnalisé et adapté.

Passionné par la kinésithérapie, je prends en charge les pathologies générales musculo-squelettiques, les pathologies neurologiques, les douleurs chroniques (lombalgies, fibromyalgie, sciatalgies, cervico-brachialgies…) ainsi que les pathologies orthopédiques (scoliose, prothèse de hanche, de genou, épaules…), pathologies respiratoires, lymphatiques…

La kinésithérapie générale couvre de nombreux domaines permettant de répondre à une large variété de besoins.

Afin de vous offrir la prise en charge la plus adaptée, nous commencerons par une anamnèse. Les traitements peuvent être passifs (mobilisations, techniques manuelles) ou actifs (exercices de revalidation), et sont combinés lorsque cela est nécessaire pour optimiser les chances de progrès.

J’accorde une importance particulière à la prise en charge globale du patient, à l’écoute, à la qualité du suivi et à la personnalisation des soins, afin de vous accompagner vers plus d’autonomie et de bien-être.

Médecin généraliste, à l’écoute et bienveillante, j’assure la prise en charge des patients de tout âge.

Mon rôle est d’accompagner chacun au quotidien, dans la prévention, le diagnostic et le suivi des problèmes de santé, qu’ils soient aigus ou chroniques.

Attachée à une médecine de proximité, je veille à offrir des soins adaptés pour chacun.

If you require a consultation outside of regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM), please contact the Brussels on-call service at 1733. In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 112 or go to the emergency room.

Please cancel your appointment within 24 hours if you are unable to attend.

Any missed appointment will be charged €10, and will not be reimbursed by your health insurance.

Juliette Saupic graduated in Physical Therapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2017. She is specialized in general and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy. In addition, her training in myo-aponeurotic hooking and taping are complementary tools integrated to her practice. Thanks to her four years of experience at the HCMC Medical Center in Watermael-Boitsfort (tendinopathies, low back pain, chronic pain, sprains, ...), at home (Parkinson, walking rehabilitation, post-surgery, ...), and at the Intensive Care Unit of the Saint-Jean Clinic (heavy revalidations, cardio-respiratory physiotherapy), she has acquired an expertise that she applies with gentleness and listening. Her therapeutic approach aims to treat while empowering patients. The 30-minute consultations are open every Monday and Thursday afternoon at the Konkel Center for Integrative Medicine.
