Mr. Ludovic Sophys is a physiotherapist specialized in sports, orthopedic, cardiovascular and respiratory physiotherapy. After completing his Master's degree in physical therapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, he worked in intensive care at the Erasmus Hospital and in outpatient orthopedics at the Etterbeek-Ixelles Hospital. With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. The treatments cover orthopedic rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy (adult and child), geriatric or sports physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on explaining the pathologies, treatment and prevention. I am currently training in manual therapies and I combine all my skills to help you regain or maintain your physical abilities.

I am a dynamic and motivated physiotherapist who enjoys taking care of patients in their entirety. In addition to general physical therapy (orthopedics), I am specialized in neurological rehabilitation. I take care of both adults and children. Please note that it is mandatory to have a medical prescription for physical therapy before the first appointment. Languages: French, Dutch and English I work at the center in Schaerbeek with Florence Ghion, general practitioner and Géraldine de Meeûs, physiotherapist. Laurent Royen, physiotherapist, welcomes you to his offices in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert on Monday mornings, Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings (Avenue Marcel Thiry, 20). Consultations can take place in French and English.

Mes compétences s’étendent également aux troubles musculo-squelettiques, à l’accompagnement post-partum, à la kinésithérapie respiratoire pour adultes, à l’hydrothérapie et à la gériatrie.

I receive you in my office for general medicine consultations without age limit, but also for -small gynecology consultations (Pap smears, contraception, STDs,...), -treatment of chronic pathologies, -technical dermatology act (drainage of panarias, cryotherapy treatment of warts, molluscum exeresis,...). I am also a trained acupuncturist.
