Therapeutic solutions are then discussed with the person. The aim of the therapy is to make the patient aware of the problem(s) as quickly as possible and then to start a therapeutic process. Psychotherapy, support and counselling are exclusively individual. Psychotherapy on the theme of postnatal depression is offered in individual consultation or in group therapy. Discussion groups are offered to adolescents and their parents on the subject of school bullying.
