I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve terapide ağırlıklı olarak duygusal zorlanmalar, ilişki problemleri, özgüven eksikliği, depresyon, anksiyete bozuklukları ve kişilik örgütlenmesine dair sorunlarla ilgileniyorum. Terapi sürecimde temel olarak Şema Terapi yaklaşımını benimsiyorum. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.

Je suis psychologue clinicien et psychothérapeute, spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des adultes faisant face à des difficultés émotionnelles, relationnelles ou liées à des événements de vie marquants.

Ma pratique repose principalement sur deux approches complémentaires :

• Les thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC), qui visent à identifier et transformer les pensées et comportements sources de souffrance.
• La thérapie EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), particulièrement indiquée dans le traitement des traumatismes, du stress post-traumatique et de certaines formes de dépression.

J’accueille principalement une population adulte, mais je reste ouvert à d’autres publics lorsque la demande s’inscrit dans mes compétences cliniques. Mon approche se veut bienveillante, collaborative et centrée sur les besoins du patient, afin de favoriser un cheminement vers plus de bien-être et d’autonomie.

After my studies in psychology at ULB, I moved to the business world where I give training and, at the same time, I started as a psychotherapist. Ma pratique de psychologue clinicienne d’orientation analytique s’est enrichie par des spécialisations (tests projectifs, Somatic Experiencing, Neuro Affective Relational Model…). Cela me permet de disposer de plusieurs outils afin d’adapter l’accompagnement aux besoins de chaque personne. Je propose, pour les jeunes adultes et les adultes, un espace d’écoute bienveillant et sécurisant, favorisant l’expression et la compréhension des difficultés, ainsi qu’un travail thérapeutique visant à soutenir le développement personnel et les ressources propres à chacun.
