A consultation begins with a clinical interrogation in order to let the patient express his complaint. This is followed by a complete clinical examination with the objective of identifying the pain as well as its origin and finally, the consultation ends with an adapted treatment accompanied by preventive advice to avoid that the complaint returns.

Diplômée depuis 1992 de l'institut Paul Lambin (Haute Ecole Léonard de Vinci), je pratique en milieu hospitalier principalement en pneumologie, soins intensifs et diabétologie mais assure le suivi également des autres pathologies. Je prends le temps de vous faire comprendre votre maladie, son mode de fonctionnement et les adaptations alimentaires qui en découlent. J'élabore avec votre collaboration un plan alimentaire réaliste et durable. Je peux vous accompagner pour une perte de poids, pour un équilibrage alimentaire, pour adapter votre alimentation en fonction de trouble métabolique (diabète, insulinorésistance, hypoglycémie réactionnelle...), de problèmes cardiaques (HTA, hypercholestérolémie...) , de troubles digestifs (gastriques, hépatiques, intestinaux), d'intolérance alimentaire (lactose, gluten)... Ma devise : "Manger pour sa santé, en se faisant plaisir, en appréciant ce que l'on mange, tout en gardant le contrôle". Je vous explique comment manger sainement tout en respectant notre planète et en étant acteur de votre santé. Je ne prends pas en charge les allergies alimentaires, ni les enfants en dessous de 10 ans.

I can also help you on: the choice of the food to be privileged, to decipher the lists of the ingredients and the nutritional labels, the modes of cooking,? The first consultation (60 minutes) is the occasion to make knowledge, to make your nutritional and dietetic assessment and morphological analysis (if necessary). This will allow me to create your file and give you the first advice according to your needs and requests. We will then schedule follow-up consultations (20-30 minutes) to continue the accompaniment and adjust if necessary
