Graduated from a Master in Osteopathy (M.Ost) at the European School of Osteopathy in 2019 in England, I worked for 4 years in various practices before moving back to Belgium. I provide personalised treatments to help with multiple complains (musculoskeletal, articular, visceral, headache,...) and guide patients towards finding a better quality of life. I work in collaboration with my patients and will adapt to their individual needs and preferences. I always take into consideration the body as a whole including the emotional aspect. My appointments are open for people of all ages - children, pregnant woman, elderly, etc. Always curious to improve my practice, I regularly attend training in different specialities to keep up to date with science and to continue to increase my expertise. Having done my studies in English as well as working in England for a few years, I am more than happy to see any non-French speaking patient and will be able to communicate easily

Mijn naam is Stien Flossy en ik ben (sport)diëtiste met een passie voor zowel gezonde voeding als het behalen van sportieve prestaties.

Met 20 jaar ervaring in atletiek op hoog niveau heb ik niet alleen geleerd wat het betekent om te presteren, maar blijf ik zelf ook actief zoeken naar nieuwe sportieve uitdagingen. Deze ervaring en mijn liefde voor sport zet ik in om anderen te helpen hun eigen doelen te bereiken.

Mijn opleiding voedings- en dieetkunde volgde ik aan de UCLL in Leuven, waarna ik me verder heb gespecialiseerd in de sportvoeding aan de HAN University of Applied Science en heb ik ook het ISAK Level 1-certificaat behaald in Nijmegen. Ook heb ik mijn kennis rond sportvoeding verder verdiept bij de Barça Innovation Hub Universitas. Omdat ik geloof in de kracht van voortdurende ontwikkeling, blijf ik me jaarlijks bijscholen om up-to-date te blijven in dit vakgebied.

Bij mij kun je terecht voor uiteenlopende voedingsvragen: of je nu wilt afvallen, gezond wilt eten, gewicht wilt aankomen, last hebt van maag- of darmaandoeningen, te hoog cholesterol hebt, allergieën hebt, zwanger bent of op zoek bent naar advies over sportvoeding. Ostéopathe D.O., je suis diplômée d'un cursus de six années d'études à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles. Au cours de celles-ci, j’ai développé une véritable passion pour la périnatalité et la pédiatrie. J’ai eu l’opportunité de rédiger deux mémoires sur l’impact du traitement ostéopathique sur les troubles de l’allaitement, ce qui a renforcé mon intérêt pour ces domaines.

Sensible au bien-être des femmes enceintes et à l’accompagnement post-partum, j’accorde une attention particulière à leur prise en charge. Mon objectif est de continuer à me spécialiser dans ces domaines, tant cette année que tout au long de ma carrière. Ainsi, dans un avenir proche, je serai à même de soulager vos petits bouts.
