Ostéopathe diplômée de l'Université libre de Bruxelles et passionnée de sport depuis toujours, je m’appuie sur une compréhension du corps humain et de son fonctionnement afin d'offrir à chaque patient une prise en charge adaptée à ses besoins et à ses objectifs.

Ma pratique s'adresse principalement : 

• aux troubles du système musculo-squelettique et du système nerveux périphérique (douleurs du dos, de la nuque, des épaules et des articulations, torticolis, lombalgies, céphalées, sciatiques,…), 
• aux douleurs de la mâchoire (ATM), 
• à la prévention et au traitement des blessures liées à la pratique sportive, 
• ainsi qu'à certains troubles digestifs.

Mon objectif est d’accompagner le patient dans son parcours de soins, de soulager ses douleurs et de contribuer à améliorer son bien-être au quotidien. Chaque consultation repose sur une écoute attentive, un examen clinique rigoureux et une prise en charge individualisée, adaptée à chaque situation.

Graduated in general osteopathy, I provide treatment adapted to the patient and their disorders associated with the pathology. I also specialize in temporomandibular joint disorders, as well as pediatric and perinatal care. Osteopathy is a manual diagnostic and therapeutic approach that targets joint and tissue mobility restrictions. Using different techniques, the osteopath aims to relieve pain and associated disorders, helping to restore the body's function and rebalance it as a whole. Osteopathy is aimed at all populations: adults, elderly people, infants, pregnant women and athletes.

Passionate about the human body for as long as I can remember, I studied physiotherapy at the ULB before completing my training with 5 years of osteopathy at the CBO. As a sportsman since childhood (tennis, French boxing, running, crossfit), I like to use the knowledge acquired in these disciplines to enrich my professional practice. For me, continuing education is essential, which is why I participate in many seminars in the field of pediatrics, muscular chain, visceral, cranio-sacral and so on. Good nutrition is the starting point for good health and nutrition. But each person is unique. My role as a dietician is to optimize your diet, whether you are healthy or ill, by giving sound and scientifically validated advice. This takes into account your situation, your lifestyle & your health status. During our meetings, before giving the first advice, I will listen and evaluate, without judgment, your current eating habits. But it doesn't stop there. To make the advice a lasting part of your life, you need personalized support and follow-up to motivate, support and encourage you. I can also help you on: the choice of the food to be privileged, to decipher the lists of the ingredients and the nutritional labels, the modes of cooking,? The first consultation (60 minutes) is the occasion to make knowledge, to make your nutritional and dietetic assessment and morphological analysis (if necessary). This will allow me to create your file and give you the first advice according to your needs and requests. We will then schedule follow-up consultations (20-30 minutes) to continue the accompaniment and adjust if necessary

Ostéopathe D.O. diplômée de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), je suis spécialisée en ostéopathie générale, pédiatrie et périnatalité (OsteoStructure) et passionnée par l’accompagnement des tout-petits et des futures mamans. Mon approche thérapeutique repose sur une relation d’échange et d’écoute avec mes patients, afin d’adapter chaque traitement à leurs besoins spécifiques. Je serai ravie de vous accueillir et de vous accompagner dans votre parcours de santé.

I only practice osteopathy in my office. Consultations are in French, English, Arabic or Armenian. I treat adults, pregnant women, athletes, the elderly and children (but not babies).  After completing my physiotherapy studies at the Lebanese University, I came to Belgium to study osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Passionate about the biomechanics of the body and human anatomy, I work as an assistant in the ULB functional anatomy laboratory, assisting medical students with practical anatomy work.

Osteopath D.O. graduated from the ULB (first university teaching of Osteopathy in Belgium), Romain Derue has a very broad field of intervention. He mainly treats musculoskeletal and nervous disorders (lumbago, torticollis, sciatica, sprains, tendinitis) but also digestive, jaw and stress problems. His practice in the office is reassuring and can be adapted to everyone, whatever their profile, age or activity. Romain Derue can therefore treat athletes, pregnant women, adults and children.
