I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. Ma pratique de psychologue clinicienne d’orientation analytique s’est enrichie par des spécialisations (tests projectifs, Somatic Experiencing, Neuro Affective Relational Model…). Cela me permet de disposer de plusieurs outils afin d’adapter l’accompagnement aux besoins de chaque personne. Je propose, pour les jeunes adultes et les adultes, un espace d’écoute bienveillant et sécurisant, favorisant l’expression et la compréhension des difficultés, ainsi qu’un travail thérapeutique visant à soutenir le développement personnel et les ressources propres à chacun.

Ma pratique repose principalement sur deux approches complémentaires :

• Les thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC), qui visent à identifier et transformer les pensées et comportements sources de souffrance.
• La thérapie EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), particulièrement indiquée dans le traitement des traumatismes, du stress post-traumatique et de certaines formes de dépression.

J’accueille principalement une population adulte, mais je reste ouvert à d’autres publics lorsque la demande s’inscrit dans mes compétences cliniques. Mon approche se veut bienveillante, collaborative et centrée sur les besoins du patient, afin de favoriser un cheminement vers plus de bien-être et d’autonomie.

Diplômée en psychologie sociale et passionnée par les comportements humains, je propose un accompagnement pour chaque personne qui traverse des difficultés au cours de sa vie. Aider les personnes qui rencontrent des difficultés et leur apporter un accompagnement adapté est un plaisir.

J'aime énormément comprendre le fonctionnement de chacun avec son propre mécanisme. Je suis intimement convaincue que sur base de cette compréhension, cela permet de déceler chaque problème à son origine. Mon objectif est que chaque personne puisse se sentir soutenue et comprise dans un cadre bienveillant et apaisant.

J’oriente mon aide sur base d’une anamnèse, de dessin, de l’écrit (pour les enfants) et de la parole pour optimiser l’expression des difficultés de chacun.

J'accompagne les personnes qui présentent des difficultés relationnelles, de l'anxiété, de la phobie sociale, des problèmes d'estime de soi, de confiance en soi, la dépression, la peur du regard des autres, des problèmes familiaux, etc. (liste non-exhaustive).
