Je considère le travail thérapeutique comme un espace où une personne peut progressivement venir déposer ce qui, parfois depuis longtemps, reste difficile à mettre en mots ou à comprendre. Certaines difficultés apparaissent de manière très identifiable — angoisse, épuisement, difficultés relationnelles, moments de crise — tandis que d’autres prennent une forme plus diffuse : un sentiment de répétition, de malaise, de perte de repères ou l’impression que quelque chose “ne va pas” sans pouvoir réellement le situer.

Dans les séances, il ne s’agit pas de chercher des réponses toutes faites ni d’appliquer une méthode identique à chacun. Le travail se construit avant tout à partir de ce que la personne apporte, de son histoire, de sa manière singulière de vivre les choses et du sens que certains événements ou difficultés peuvent prendre pour elle.

J’accorde une importance particulière à la parole, mais également à ce qui peut parfois venir faire obstacle à celle-ci : les hésitations, les silences, les répétitions ou le sentiment de ne pas parvenir à exprimer ce qui se vit. Ces éléments font pleinement partie du travail thérapeutique et peuvent progressivement permettre qu’autre chose se déploie.

Mon approche s’inscrit dans une orientation clinique d’inspiration psychanalytique. Cela implique une attention portée à la singularité de chaque parcours plutôt qu’à une lecture standardisée des difficultés rencontrées.

Les consultations s’adressent aux adolescents, aux adultes ainsi qu’aux couples. Elles peuvent avoir lieu au cabinet ou en ligne selon les besoins et les possibilités de chacun.

Le premier entretien constitue avant tout un temps de rencontre, permettant de prendre le temps de comprendre ce qui amène à consulter et de réfléchir ensemble à ce qui pourrait être mis en place.

Afin de préserver un cadre de travail respectueux pour chacun, toute séance non annulée au minimum 24 heures à l’avance fera l’objet d’un dédommagement de 50 euros.
