J'ai choisi de devenir psychologue d'abord pour comprendre mon fonctionnement interne, me libérer de mes pensées obscures. Grâce aux outils proposés par la psychologie clinique, cette introspection m'a permis de me libérer, de déjouer les "patterns" de ma psyché qui m'empêchaient de m'émanciper. Ces "patterns" , causés par un environnement nocif, nous enferment dans nos peurs et nous limitent à notre zone de confort. Pour déjouer cette angoisse fondamentale, il faut apprendre à affronter ces peurs, ces angoisses. C'est pourquoi j'ai mis en place pour moi-même et pour mes patients, de pratiquer l'apprentissage par l'erreur. de surmonter ces peurs et d'appréhender la souffrance comme étant une étape nécessaire à l'apprentissage.
