L’objectif thérapeutique avec les adolescents et les jeunes adultes est d’ouvrir un espace de parole sécurisant et créatif permettant l’expression du vécu émotionnel en toute liberté et confidentialité. Le cheminement progressif du suivi et la mobilisation des ressources du patient vise dès lors une réappropriation des clefs d’un bien-être psychologique.
