Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. I specialise in sleep disorders and difficulties related to sexuality, including sexual orientation, gender identity, and relationship problems. I offer caring and inclusive psychological support (LGBTQIA+), adapted to your specific needs.

My practice is based on cognitive-behavioral and emotional therapies, such as ACT therapy (acceptance and commitment therapy) and schema therapy, to help you build a more fulfilled and balanced life. My approach is centered on individuals and couples, with the aim of promoting your well-being and personal development. 

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary.
